The Zen Park

After traveling for a few weeks in India and being disappointed at the quality of the rooms this hotel was such a relief and well needed stay. Only wish it was more than one night or that other cities had the same quality.

Amazing experience the room the staff the food everything was class, value for money, they gave me early check in actually i had arrived before check in.

It’s a new hotel and kept neat and clean. Dining and service is good. Staff were courteous. Only drawback is the parking area is little cramped for big car. Found difficult ***oeuvring big cars. Good for a stay

Rooms are great, restaurant staff was very sweet & kind. Breakfast was tasty and has a good spread.

Good hotel and cooperative staffs. Right now some constructions are in progress on the road, rerouted through byroad.

Really liked the place and the staff. The food was very affordable and tasty.

They dont have table and chair in for eating. So we must eat in room. If gravy dropped in bed we must pay1200 extra for bed spread.

Well furnished and equipped and spacious rooms. Comfortable stay. Food and room service reasonably good. But the front desk experience was not so good. Checking-in was smooth. However check-out experience in the morning around 7:30 am turned out disappointing. The front desk at that time was ***ned somebody young, in-experienced and un-customer friendly person. When we asked for a quick checkout he said we have to wait because he has to check out the room and it will take time. We said okay, in the mean time could you send room boy to take the luggage to the car. He says house-keeping comes in only at 8 am? so, we asked him does that mean we cant check out till 8 am or he cant help us with the luggage. He could not answer that except to say we have to wait. At this stage we got annoyed and said we will lug our luggage ourselves to the car in the basement - all this when half-a-dozen staff are cleaning at the front-desk and the security guard is standing there with no work. Then seeing that me and my wife carrying the luggage from 2nd floor to basement, the security guard offered to help (by himself not by the front-desk-staff) while the other cleaning staff around were going about their chores in slow-motion. Whatever good feeling we had the previous day was marred by this unpleasant and un-professional front-desk who needs to be trained in being customer-centric and customer friendly. For that alone i am scoring this average
