Staffs are so good in approach, food was very nice. Especially Ms.Akshaya and Mr.Santhosh, thanks for your support. Budget friendly for conducting regular meetings as compared with all other hotels in Coimbatore with the same grade of features.

Excellent property, great location. The staff were courteous and helpful. Room service was prompt and food ordered was very good. The room was spacious with noteworthy amenities. Enjoyed my stay.

Ac was not working, response is very slow from staff, we were three of us and when we asked for toilet accessories, they bought one by one each time for one person only. When we requested for tea, coffee powder packets they said the store was closed. Not value for money, they are charging more than the service provided. Internet slow connection and frequent lag.

Stay was good. However, felt the crowd during breakfast was very high and air conditioner couldn't meet the requirements leaving uncomfortable experience during breakfast. Also, there seems to be no air conditioner in reception area. Food was good.

Everything was superb, food, amenities, security. The staff was also very courteous, room service was also pretty quick

Location is great, food was awesome, but services need to be improved. Ideally, anti skid flooring need to be laid in bath rooms, but the flooring laid was smooth and polished, which poses a danger of skidding in the bathroom. Not sure how did they miss this important aspect.

Initially they saw that i was a single guest and instructed staff to change a maintenance room to available status and give me as staff said room is not free in 1st floor and they're assigning me 3rd floor room as i had booked double occupancy but the ***ager said, since she is single, don't waste the 3rd floor room. I told since i have paid, give me a good one. They gave me some room that was supposed to be a non smoking room but had smoke smell. I told the ***ager, is it non smoking as it doesn't feel so, then he said yes. After 10 min, i could not come sit there and asked to change the room. During next day breakfast, i mentioned my room number. The staff said ok. When i put food on my plate, the lady who said ok said that breakfast is not included and chargeable. I said it's there in my package and nevertheless let me eat, will figure out later. Then she went and checked at reception and said ya it's ok and included. Overall it's not a 4 star. Just average stay.
