The staff behavior was bad, we got late check-in even though we reached on time, we waited patiently, but the staff was making noise and was rude saying that there were extra people in the room, We had our 10th year college reunion, we booked for 7 people and we gathered in the apar**ent for sometime, there were 3 extra people in the room other than the 7. 2 of them wanted to stay and we paid for those 2 people extra, the 10th person was planning to leave anyways after the gathering, but the staff was very rude. the experience was bad on this, when we had the patient to wait for the check-in even though they had delayed it, they should not have behaved this way with us. We understood the situation that things get delayed sometimes, but an extra person gathering for sometime should not have been an issue or he could have told in a polite way.

Even though the Treebo Trend Hi Line Apar**ents is bit inside the city, it was well maintained one. Clean and hygiene - nothing to complaint about. Thanks for the wonderful service. It was a pleasant stay.

A neat and clean hotel and rooms are very well equipped. Staff is very co-operative and overall fantastic experience. Good parking space available. There is no inhouse restaurant available but food can be ordered from Zomato or Swiggy.

Horrible facility. No commi**ent with room booking or cost. Attendants do not provide any service. Complementary breakfast is just idly sambar. Not worth the money. Our peace of mind was lost. I don't recommend this place.

we have booked this as we had planned to take a break during our return to chennai. As soon as we have booked, the staff called us to know our time of arrival. They were very polite and courteous. They have informed about the restaurant options nearby. The rooms were pretty big , neat and spotlessly clean washrooms. The hall between these rooms was big enough for a meeting. property s well lit and ventilated.
