They claim that the hotel is 3 star. But, they have not even kept towels or utility kits in the room. When asked for towels, they have given after 15 minutes, that too, very old towels with holes in it.

Good property ***aged by terrible and rude staff, specially rude and irritating guy at reception called santhosh. ***agement should focus on providing water as part of room service instead of focusing on selling of mineral water. Very bad experience with the staff of the hotel.

Hi, room, washroom, bedroom were near and clean. Reception staff of the hotel is nicely behaved. Drop off facility to airport is available.

The stay was absolutely awesome! however the food wasn't that great better to avoid and breakfast 350- per head is a hell a lot of money ! better to avoid!

The property is not neat and clean. Its not maintained well. Hygiene and cleanliness should be looked after well. The bedsheets, towel, pillow covers were all stained and not fit for use.

The property is conveniently located close to cube airport and kmch. The rooms are decent with facilities upto the required expectation. The staff were also behaving so nicely. Food was avg.

The bathroom was very small. Hair dryer was not working. Extra bed was too bad. Customer service was absolutely bad.

The hotel is located very close to the airport and also other prominent places of visit in coimbatore. The rooms are pretty good and spacious. The car parking in the hotel is limited and they have another extended parking about 50-100 mts away. The check-in and check-out process is extremely smooth and quick unlike most hotels.
