This place is truly fabulous! The location is absolutely amazing, just minutes away from vibrant bars, stunning beaches, and mere seconds from the picturesque lake. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, with special mentions to Diego and Dominico for their outstanding service. Although we encountered a slight problem at the beginning of our stay, I was genuinely overwhelmed by their dedication to resolving the issue promptly and efficiently. The food, the ambiance, and the people were all incredible. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience!

Siamo stati a pranzo, da ospiti esterni. Dall' accoglienza fino al dolce è stato tutto perfetto! La location è molto raffinata e ricercata, ma mai eccessiva, il personalmente molto professionale, molti cortese e mai invadente. La cucina ci ha lasciati estremamente soddisfatti in tutti i piatti, grandi complimenti allo chef!! Unico piccolo neo è stata la proposta della sommelier, vini certamente buoni ma non memorabili. Torneremo, molto consigliato!!

Dies war unser dritter Aufenthalt im Lido-Palace. Durch unsere Zufriedenheit bei den vergangenen Besuchen, war unsere Erwartungshaltung gefährlich hoch. Doch wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, wir würden sogar sagen, dass wir noch begeisterter sind. Die Begeisterung setzt sich aus verschiedenen Punkten zusammen: Ganz wichtig sind die außerordentlich guten Mitarbeiter, das Gebäude mit der Mischung aus Klassik und Moderne, einzigartige Zimmer, das parkähnliche Grundstück, die beiden Pools, das Restaurant und die Bar, die wir jeden Abend besuchten und die zentrale Lage in Riva und am Gardasee. Schon der Empfang war ein Traum und ich möchte auch erwähnen, dass wir unser Elektroauto aufladen konnten. Für uns ist das Lido-Palace unser absolutes Lieblings-Hotel in Europa. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super Lage schön am See, gut gefelgt , freundliches Personal, Essen gut aber leider Service eine Katastrophe.An einem Abend wurden wir quasi gar nicht bedient, mussten immer winken damit jemand kam, abgeräumt wurde auch nicht, die Sommelière war sehr überheblich und war uns nicht wirklich eine Hilfe, hat uns sofort den teuersten Wein empfohlen ( aus der Region), nachgeschenkt wurde nur auf Nachfrage Haben reklamiert, haben uns darauf hin den Aperitif offeriert. Am Tag vorher waren wir in einer Pizzeria essen da war der Service bedeutend besser und sympathischer

Everything was fantastic! Excellent staff, superb food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, Year End dinner), very refined interiors, suites on the 4th floor are gorgeous, beautiful spa and swimming pool, best location in Riva del Garda, etc...

Outstanding location and warm welcoming! We had some drinks in the panoramic terrace, my personal favorite was the “Little Italy”, thank you Stefano and Diego for such a caring service! It really feels like home every time we come back!
