Definitely not a 5* hotel. When we first arrived it was the middle of the night and we got our room quickly without any problems. We went straight to bed as we had 3 exhausted children with us. Next day we got up a little later so when we went for breakfast there wasn’t much choice but put it down to us going down late however we quickly realised that was actually standard for every single meal. Sprouts or broccoli left over from the evening meal were dished up for breakfast. Some days we couldn’t even have toast as there was no bread at all. The juice and coffee machine hardly ever worked so you had to try getting a drink elsewhere to have with your meal. Food was served at the snack bar throughout the day but only after they had loads of complaints did they start making fresh and not give you left overs. It was advertised as burgers, pizzas and all of that but only saw burger’s once. If you like chips then be prepared to eat those for every single meal. Some of the bar staff were absolutely lovely and very pleasant. After talking to them we realised that they were very embarrassed by the hotel and some of them actually left half way through our holiday because of the way they were being treat. This resulted in them being very short staffed which in turn made everything worse. Cleaning in the main bar/pool area is poor but that is also down to the fact it is left to one elderly person to do on their own. The pool was absolutely freezing and although I think the time of year was a contributing factor the fact the never attempted to heat it. I have to say though that my children still played in it because there wasn’t much else for them to do. The water slides were very rarely switched on. We also didn’t even know the had a kids club room until our second week as it was locked all the time. It was only after a slight confrontation with the female entertainment staff over my children playing with a ball in a designated area that it was unlocked and they were able to use the room. The fences around the pool we falling apart and my husband actually fished a metal bar from the fence out of the swimming pools on a few occasions. We cut our feet on smashed glass that hadn’t been cleaned up multiple times. Even wearing flip flops didn’t help this as the glass went through a few times too. The area in which the hotel is located is beautiful and thankfully very close to supermarket and restaurants as we spent most of our time eating out and buying snacks even though we were all inclusive as the food was honestly sometimes inedible. The shuttle bus to the beach was a great asset but it is within walking distance if you want to walk. The beach bar is very minimal and tends to serve leftover food. The hotel section of the beach is also never tidied. Bins are never emptied and are overflowing. Looking around at other hotels areas makes you feel really disappointed in what your hotel provides. Overall we made the best of our holiday as we r

Feedback after a week in your hotel in October We have stayed at your hotel at least 8 times and were the first and last British tourists to stay at the hotel as soon as the route was open to the UK after Covid This hotel has always been a very happy and clean place to stay and lived up to its 5-star rating. The staff have always been excellent with no complaints. We returned for 2 weeks in June of this year and noticed a considerable difference. There seemed to be less staff, the entertainment was abysmal, the cleanliness had gone downhill. There was no lifeguard in existence for most of the day. The staff did not seem happy and cheerful. The drinks were extremely bad and not at all what you would expect form a 4-Start let alone a 5-Star. We also met a couple from Holland who has stayed here 9 times, they will not be coming back. We gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt, especially as it was our favourite hotel in the area and returned for a week in October. What a big mistake. There were hardly any staff and where there were staff, they had to work like trojans to try to accommodate all visitors. Amazingly, there seemed to be more management than workers. In the restaurant, at 7.45 in the morning, there were no cereal bows as there were so many uncleared tables, we struggled to find a table to sit at, there were just not enough staff to do it. The pool area which used to be cleaned and washed using a machine was only swept and hand mopped by one poor guy, who we did not get the name of but wore a hearing aid and worked extremely hard from early morning to late at night. The bar area was manned by one person during the day and one person after 4pm. This is a busy area, but they had no help to pick up the used glasses from around the pool, so of course ran out of glasses on a regular basis. The drinks were served from miniature bottles which were supposed to be, whisky, gin or vodka. They all tasted similar and very scented. Late one afternoon, they ran out of these bottles and could not advise when they would have any more. When the stock was replenished, it was only gin. Poor Serkan, had to convince whoever he was serving, that what he was giving them was all he had. Every corridor in the accommodation blocks has the lights turned off, making it quite dangerous to find you way to your room and very frightening at times. The illuminated towers which form the top of the three bocks have always been an invite to the hotel. In the whole week we were there, we never saw these lit. The entertainment in June was bad but at least there were 5 of them, in October it was almost non existent and there were only 3 of them. The head of the entertainment is a very arrogant man who loves the sound of his own voice and spreads everything out so that it becomes totally a switch off. We identified the owner of the hotel whilst we were there and spoke to him regarding the downhill change, he wanted to know our room number so that he could send

We came here on the 05/10/23 and at this moment are on our last night. When we arrived the local time was. 01:20. There was a young man behind the counter and several of his friends/family leaning on the other side of the counter. He spoke very little English, but seemed pleasant enough. He took us to our room and also carried our bags. When we got to the room, there was not enough beds, there was 1 double bed and one single. After I explained we had booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children (boy 10 girl 14) so needed separate beds, he got me to help him remove a sofa and take into the corridor and then I had to set up a put me up bed with the sheets and blankets. I waited until the morning to advise the reception, who also spoke no English (not surprised as we are in Turkey) so we got our rep to help, No apology or anything of that matter. Later that day we read the leaflet given to us about things going on in the hotel and decided to book ala cart, we was quickly disappointed as the staff advised it is closed for the year and so was the kids ice-cream area There is entertainment put on but it is the same every night for the kids and only 2 adult shows since I have been here. The food is disappointing and not correctly cooked. Raw chicken and raw meatballs. Again I tried to complain and all I had from the team was (yes thank you, thank you) The food is the same every day The snack bar by the pool served battered chicken that was still frozen The beach bar is in bad condition and like the rest of the hotel is run down and needs a lot of work to bring this hotel back up to standard The alcohol here is (to my surprise) all vodka. You want a whiskey, you get whiskey aroma vodka The staff try very hard and you see the same ones all the time. They need to employ a lot more staff, one man worked 18 hours. This is not good for him or your guests. Overall, Hotel needs new carpet throughout due to paint being on most of it on floor 2, paint work is all over the marble and skirting boards. More staff, actually provide the drink you want not just vodka, fix the pepsi machines as they pouring pepsi into glasses from bottles, make sure the right number of beds are in the rooms before your guests arrive. I am sad to say, but i will not be returning to this hotel in the future

We arrived on the 30th September and after the reviews lately we were quite relieved. The hotel looked clean and the rooms were lovely. We were a family of 18 with 1 baby, a 7 year old and a 3 year old. We called for our tea and found something to eat and things were ok. The drinks weren’t the best but we all found one we could stomach. All the drinks came in little bottles that the staff poured and mixed. Gin was terrible, vodka was terrible but the whiskey (I hate whiskey) tasted more like a bourbon so the whole family ended up drinking that. Then came the morning 🙈 table areas shut off and the only areas left open were cluttered with plates and cups still. If you did manage to find a table it was full of crumbs as they never wiped them down. Knives and forks were never laid back out so you had to look for your own clean ones. Plates were a nightmare, whether the dishwasher was broken or something but we had to search through them to find a clean one. Food was the most repetitive I have ever come across. I do know when you spend two weeks somewhere the second week is repetitive but when it’s the same everyday you do tend to get annoyed. They didn’t caterer for kids at all. On the days they didn’t do chips they had pasta but nothing else really for them to eat at lunch or dinner. We witnessed people tasting food using their fingers. Flies landing on food because the lids were not put back on. The hygiene was terrible. Pool area, we reported that a cat had poo’d in the gridding right by the middle pool. The reception lady didn’t seem to understand me. After another hour of the poo still being there I took a picture and eventually the cleaner came to clean it. We witnessed him sweep it in to a dustpan and then dip his brush in the pool to clean it off his brush. We ended up going out for meals when the kids or us couldn’t face the food or the fight for clean plates and tables. We went for 9 days and that was enough for us. The night entertainment was the worst I had ever seen. We have been to hotels in turkey before and the compares were brilliant but this one was unbelievably shocking so don’t expect anything. The bingo night went in for two hours and people were just walking away 🙈 We booked this hotel when it was classed as 5 star. I believe it is now 4. To be honest I am not sure how it even has that rating. The rooms and pool were probably the only reason. We spoke to numerous guests who were returning guests but by the sound of it new management have taken over and they all commented on how this hotel used to be amazing. It was under staffed, food and pots left all day around the pool area. One Barman per bar. The staff were friendly but looked so fed up with the situation. Such a shame as cut backs have obviously made this hotel from something amazing to a place we would never go back to or recommend.

I don’t even know where to start apart from saying don’t stay here!!! I’ll first start with the WiFi- when we arrived we were told we had to pay for the WiFi once you’ve done this the staff take your phone and input themselves so you are unable to see. However we later found out the WiFi is free and all they are inputting is the room number and your birthday so please do not pay for it. Next the food- all I can say is awful. The food is disgusting, uncooked & raw. Several members of my party became unwell and had to spend days in bed. The plates are unclean. Countless times we picked up plates are were covered in sauce from the bottom as they hadn’t been washed properly. It was nearly impossible to sit down as the tables were not cleaned and there were no clean knives and forks at the tables. For 9 days we lived off rice and chips as it was the only edible. On the days this wasn’t an option we paid to eat out so we could feed our children. We witnessed several people walking round sticking their hands in the food and licking the serving spoon and putting it back in the food. Kids club- none existent. It advertises kids club but this isn’t the case it was open once in 9 days and the children were just left to entertain themselves. Also the entertainment on an evening- some nights there wasn’t anything on. The hotel is dirty and the pool area is disgusting. I was swimming with my daughter and there was cat poo around the side of pool, glass on the floor around the pool and a metal bar had broke on the pool floor which could have resulted in injury. Three of the children in the party got impetigo- we later found out it was from the pool. It is clear the hotel hasn’t recovered from Covid- this is apparent from all the Covid 19 signs and hand sanitising station scattered around. There is no way they can advertise this as a five star it is barely reaching a three. It is nothing like it is described on the write up whatsoever. This hotel has put us off turkey altogether and we will not be back. Please read all reviews before you book this this is something I wish we did, however when you book a five star you expect a five star. For the money we’ve had to spend extra on food we would have been better going self catering. Alongside this when around the pool and seating area needed cleaning the dirty mop was dipped into the pool for it to be wet. Finally on more than one occasion various member of staff were seen sat by the pool smoking w**d. It’s just been an awful experience and not a what I expect of a ‘five’ star hotel. It’s ridiculous and they need to change the star rating. We stayed in a three star hotel last year and it was miles and miles better and. This one. Think before you book. The hotel has been taken over since it’s five stars and they seriously need to sell it on because the whole hotel is in ruins.

only just got here and already not impressed, there's 4 of us and yes we had a double in the room but was expecting 2 singles but only 1 in the room, they brought in a folld up which is not great when your arriving 12 at night and just want to go to sleep, instead your carrying a sofa out of the room to fit an extra bed in plus on the double there was only a single sized blanket. cleanliness is not great for a 5 star haven't been around in the day yet. praying it's not as crap as it seems so far but only based on the room and service already its a 3 star at best. they charge to use the safe can't get onto the WiFi even though you only need date of birth and room number. so I got a sneaky suspicion we may have been put in the wrong room. find out more tomorrow.
