Vorab: Preisleistungsverhältnis vollumfänglich stimmig. Hotel empfehlenswert*. Gebucht über Humboldt Reisewelt. 3 Ausflüge waren inkludiert. *..mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Einschränkungen gibt es bei der Zimmerlage. Eine Buchung zur Meerseite ist vorzuziehen. Zimmer sind praktisch und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sauber. Handtücher wurde wurde regelmäßig gewechselt. Zimmer zur Strassenseite ohne Sonne, aber eben laut(er). Die Ostseite hat in den unteren Etagen eine eingeschränkte Sicht, bzw. ist durch die Versorgungszufahrt etwas beeinträchtigt. Die Zimmer zur Meerseite auf der Stirnseite im Osten des Gebäudes haben Geruchsbelästung durch den Aussengrill während des Abendessens. Die Stirnseite zum Westen hat vor den Balkons eine Wasserrutsche, das mag störend wirken, ist es es jedoch weniger, weil die Rutsche nur zeitweise zur Nutzung freigegeben wird! Der Aussenpool ist unbeheizt...Liegen am Pool reichen nicht für alle Gäste, wozu auch, der Strand ist gut zu erreichen. Ein Shuttle fährt minütlich zum Strand. Dort gibt es eine Strandbar und ein Essrestaurant. Man muss also nicht zum Essen ins Hotel zurück. Duschen und Toiletten sind ebenfalls am Strand vorhanden. Über den Strand kann man sich via YouTube bestens informieren.. Das Essen ist ohne Tadel; es ist etwas unruhig im Essbereich und leicht hallig. Auffällig war das durchweg nette und aufmerksame Personal! Das Publikum ist gut gemischt. Kleiderordnung eher locker und im engen Sinne eines 5 Sterne Hotels nicht angemessen. Aufenthalt: 3 Wochen im April bei nahezu sommerlichen Temperaturen!

Een zeer mooi hotel met alle infrastructuur die men kan wensen. Super vriendelijk personeel, onthaal, onderhoudspersoneel. keuken en restaurant zéér uitgebreid , lekker en indien gewenst ook nog eens supergezond . Tevens een Turkse massage en hamam op topniveau.elke avond een activiteit, helaas met zeer veel lawaai. Een goede ligging vlak bij de zee en met de spotgoedkope busjes bij talrijke bezienswaardigheden. Een huurauto is ook een aanrader, want op 10 km ben je in het prachtige , rustige binnenland met de vriendelijkste mensen op aarde..zeer mooie oudheidkundige sites in de nabije omgeving.

Staff were brilliant and were a real asset to the hotel. The rooms and all areas were immaculate. There was a large variety of food on offer. A big shout out to Dede in the restaurant and Emre in the down lobby bar for going the extra mile. Thank you to Mario from Meeting point (travel assistant 24) for your help, advice and recommendations. The Golden Goat Jeep tour was amazing.

We spent 5 nights here for my birthday and had an amazing time. The hotel was clean & nice and the staff were hospitable and couldn't do enough for uou. The rep Mario recommended that we went on the Ormana village tour. We couldn't thank him enough as we had an amazing day. We would definitely come back x

Stayed here for 10 nights recently and it was excellent. Rooms were very good, comfortable and cleaned daily. Entertainment staff were great in fact every staff member we came across was brilliant, friendly and helpful. Main pool was one of the cleanest I have ever experienced. Restaurant had a great variety daily and additional outdoor grill was really nice. Never got the opportunity to dine at beachfront restaurant but can only assume same level of hospitality. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

My partner and I stayed here for 9 days for a very reasonable price, the hotel is very clean, the staff were polite and very helpful, the room was great with a beautiful view, it is just a short walk to the beach or you can jump on the free shuttle running all day which was fantastic, the food was probably the best I have ever had at an all inclusive hotel; there was a vast variety of dishes which were always hot and delicious. The location is great, you can catch a bus just outside the hotel all day. Thank you very much Glamour, will definitely be returning :)

The hotel itself is lovely and the staff ….the location is not you are very much out the way which is fine if you don’t want to leave the hotel ! There was a large variety of food…but it did not cater to myself and my friend, we are British but do also enjoy other cuisines but we felt we was definitely limited to what we liked . As I said before the staff was lovely also the hotel was very nice ….but as I said the location and food was not for us !
