Clup Side Cost is one of the most ideal hotels to have a pleasant and comfortable holiday. Both the cleaning of the rooms and the cleaning of the pool and common areas were extremely meticulous. It is a hotel where there will never be any problem in terms of nutrition. You will surely come across flavors that suit your taste buds. Hotel staff and managers deserve the biggest thanks. Many thanks to each and every one of them for their interest and hard work.

If you dont soeak russian, administration ignore you. Horrible experience. wait 3 hours and no one talk english. Dramatic room. Horrible food. They dont have turkish coffee. They dont know coctails except vodka and soap. Far away sea. If you have ultra include and go to take sweetness youll pay extra 2 euros. That hotel dont respect 5 stars. Only 1 star.

Food good, location good, but room cleaning horibble. Very good beach, beach bar have all drinks and food. They don't clean rooms, no tualet paper, no wash floor. Room service horibble. Food poor, but for this cost it's normal.

This property is run down and needs immediate renovation. The restaurant is dark and looks like from the 80's. Mediocre selection of food for dinner with quality matching a student's canteen. For lunch expect a reminiscence of same day breakfast and previous day dinner. No air conditioning in the lobby and almost non-existent in the restaurant. Huge problems with A/C in the rooms. Poor and tun-down facilities at he beach. Beach restaurant open only until 5 p.m. Do not overpay for fictional stars - you'll be better off at a 4* hotel that costs less.

I had to change the hotel for 2 days, as I would not have survived there with my 2.5-year-old daughter. I do not want to paint for a long time and decided to write a review after a very long time. I called the tour operator directly from there and they offered me to pay a little extra and we got to the Diamond beach hotel & spa and it was a paradise and an unforgettable contrast compared to this hotel. And yes, we also managed to get sick in Coast. Thank you for the tour, I still remember and rejoice. Coast is not 5 or even 4 stars! Add a little money, but you will have a good rest... The hotel staff, the kitchen and the food are a special horror, the rooms had carpets and stale dust under the beds. Don't waste your time on this crap. Far from the sea and the minibus was sometimes packed. Our contingent is Russia from all over, in my opinion they didn’t care what they had and didn’t quite know what service and a normal hotel are 🤭

The cleaning is very nice. The rooms are cleaned every day and the hygiene is very good. General areas, poolside and toilets are constantly cleaned. This is a very good thing and there is constant cleaning in both pools. The staff are at work. The food is good and there is plenty of variety. The reception is very attentive and help-oriented. We had a nice holiday with my son. It is a very nice hotel where you can come with your family. The cleanliness is very good, the general areas are constantly cleaned, the poolside is constantly cleaned. The rooms are large and spacious, daily cleaning is done and they are very clean. The ladies are friendly and do their best to please. It is perfect in terms of hygiene. From the moment we first entered the hotel. The reception staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is good and the hotel staff is very friendly and sincere. The beach of the hotel is very nice. There is a shuttle service every 5 minutes and the walking distance to the hotel is 10 minutes. Yes, there are things that are missing, for example, the evening entertainment is a bit mediocre, the animation is lacking in this regard. We were in the period of September 21-October 1, 2022. At the beginning - there were no rooms next to each other, as it was supposed to be, so we got an apartment for 2 nights, and then we were relocated to 3 rooms next to each other. We had rooms in the building by the longitudinal pool (not in this as the reception). It smelled like sewage. The room was cleaned well, the towels were changed (there were 2 small, 2 large, 1 under the feet). Shampoo, soaps and paper replenished on a regular basis. The food is still the same, very monotonous, and I'm not picky. that I would like different dishes every day, it was just the same every day. From fruit only watermelon, apples, pears. The cakes were the same, i.e. on the dark bottom, they differed only in the color of the foam top. There was always a cake in the evening, but it disappeared immediately, so if you wanted to try it, you had to cut it at the entrance. I am very disappointed that there were no local fruits, e.g. figs, or sweets (baklava, lokum). Sweets included halva and ONCE baklava. waiters nice and helpful. There are 2 barmaids and they are both terrible: one is constantly chasing guys, and the other does favors that she works (the lobby bar is open until 24:00, and at 23:20 she didn't want to make a drink and sent her to the pool bar Fortunately, after a while she went to collect the glasses and the bartender made a drink without a murmur. Drinks are powerful, but ... there is ONLY ONE drink called mix, and the composition is at the discretion of the bartender. One day there was **** in both pools... , we had to wait 1.5 hours from the notification for the topic to be dealt with and after the resident's intervention!!! On the ceiling in the restaurant and in the lobby, the holes are sealed with a rag attached with upholstery staples, and the panels are glued with tape. day of a day trip no one heard, a new word :) I will never go back there, I will advise everyone against it. I read the opinions before arrival, they were mixed with mostly bad, but I thought that people exaggerate and God knows what they expect. And no, they WAS RIGHT !!!! My friend was there in 2021 and it was ok, when she listened to me now, she said that it wasn't like that a year ago. So - it has changed a lot to the disadvantage ...

The hotel is very nice and our holiday was very good. The pool, slide and evening animations were more than enough for the children. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The staff were friendly and very caring. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend for families with children.

Friendly, relevant staff, hygiene, delicious food, in-hotel activities, everything was perfect, a hotel where you can go with family and friends without hesitation, we are very satisfied, thank you for everything 🤩

It was a very nice holiday. The staff is friendly. It was a business that fully deserved the price paid. They helped and cared about everything. We would especially like to thank Ms. Filiz and the reception staff.
