Ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel, hoher Sauberkeitsstandard, hervorragendes Essen. Besonders lobenswert sind Herr Mahmut (Restaurant) und Frau Özlem (Lobby Bar). Alle Mitarbeiter stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat hilfsbereit zur Seite.

Apparently this Hotel is 5 star and offers All inclusive Ultra, what a joke! This Hotel is maximum 3 star, they are selling the ultra concept but offering the lowest all inclusive standard. This is our first day out of 5 and the already having arguments with the management, which to be honest gives a dam about the customers, as we are already waiting for more than 2 hours to speak to someone who can explain why we are not getting the service which we should from a 5 star all inclusive ultra. Take it from us we are a group of 12. This Hotel is not worth the time you wish to have on your holiday, short story AVOID!!!!

Animasyonlar ve animasyon ekibi cok güzeldi Soner Furkan ve Melike cok güzel yardımcı oldular eğlencesi ve aktivitesi bol bir tatil oldu yemekler oldukça güzeldi ve bizim için harika tatiller yarattıkları için özellikle mustafaya teşekkür ederiz gece disko turları çok eğlenceliydi orada bile bizimle ilgilendiler teşekkür ederiz

Es war ein gelungener und erholsamer Kurzurlaub in diesem Hotel.Das Hotel ist sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Hotel zu genüge gegeben.Sehr kurzer Fußweg zum Strand.Essen je nach Geschmack sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich .Animationsteam unter Leitung von Mustafa hat absoluten Spaß verbreitet ohne aufdringlich zu wirken, in diesem Sinne nochmals vielen Dank an Melike , Furkan , Kadir und Somer für Ihre echt tolle Arbeit in diesem Hotel. Auch ein großes Dankeschön an die Rezeption, die uns geholfen hat, das wir das Zimmer verlängern können bis zur Abholung.Dankeschön an Hasan, Katja und Hakan für die Hilfe. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in diesem Hotel.Gerne wieder!

Lovely hotel, Good food, plenty of choice. Excellent friendly staff. Only thing I would say,it's classed as a 5 star, but in my point of view I would say 4 star. Definitely recommend and I would go again.

This was quite a late booking after someone told us about it. We booked with Easy jet holiday and wow we were not disappointed. The hotel looks fabulous as you approach, and we walked into the reception we knew we had made a good choice. The reception staff were excellent and within 15 mins we were on our way to our room. It's an all-inclusive hotel where cocktails, nice wines, and spirts are available . The room refrigerators are topped up daily with beers. soft drinks and still sparkling water. There is entertainment on every night and over 20 food stations in the restaurant that cater to every taste. The pool area and beach have ample sunbeds and sun shades and fresh towels are available daily. There are a couple of al a carte night experiences at no extra charge which were really nice. We will definitely visit again
