What a lovely hotel . Myself and hubby and 6 children . Lovely food . Lovely facilities . Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty to do for the children . About to rebook :)

This is “live” review as it is my second day but I needed to leave this review so the others don’t have ANY doubt booking this hotel. Simply amazing , from room , food , staff , restaurant , ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!!! Forgot to mention water rides and swimming pools , children play ground. Some people say “same food” every day what is not truth , restaurant have everything with unlimited food choices!!!! Only downside is that ride from airport is 1hr and 10min but it’s F worth it and staff barely speaks English (apart from reception desk) but who care as long they understand your request. Everything is mostly free btw. Enjoy your holiday

Arkadaşımla beraber tatile geldik. Her şeyiyle çok güzel bir otel (yemek, temizlik vs). Yemek ve içecekler sınırsız.. Çocukların da eğlenebileceği etkinlikler mevcut. Şovlar eğlenceli ve güzel.animasyon ekibi çok cana yakın ve eğlenceli.

A fuir ! Nous sommes arrivés tres tard le soir, la chambre etait sale : un cure dent jeté au pied du lit, des toilettes tachés d'excréments, un pommeau de douche encrassé, de la moisissure sur les mur de la douche, des traces de doigts partout jamais nettoyés, des poignées de portes toutes grasses et poisseuses, cheveux dans le lavabo et en touffes au sol, tout est rouillé comme le miroir tombé et jamais remis... Nous avons mangé au restaurant des restes du buffet avec des produits déssechés et non couvert, des fruits pourris sont exposés sans honte, une veritable catastrophe, résultat j'etais malade toute la nuit et une intoxication alimentaire qui a duré 2 jours. Nous avons annulé notre sejour avec promesse de remboursement au vu de la situation mais lors de l'annulation, ils ont décidé autrement. Donc mauvais séjour ou j'etais malade et pas de remboursement. A savoir que la qualité du service est déplorable, les gens sont gentils mais si vous demandez à un serveur un café au restaurant, il n'hesitera pas a vous envoyer le chercher vous même. Dans le zoo, les animaux ont l'air malades, la majorité des poules toutes déplumées et les lapin avec des trous sans poils.. ça fait peur d' y toucher ou s'en approcher. Déçus de la mauvaise prestation de l'hotel.
