Attention pour cet Hotel, la réservation en économique, consiste à une chambre d`a peine 12 m2, avec deux lit séparés, et sans balcon. Ces infos ne figurent pas sur la réservation. La réception très froide, ne vous fait aucune concession, malgré l`hôtel a moitié vide. Dommage pour l`hospitalité. Pour le reste c`est ok.

On arrival during October half term following a delayed flight we are allocated a different room due to ‘technical issues’ which I presume was an overbooking as previous reviews have stated we were given 2 separate rooms for a family of 4 for the night with no apology. Flight was delayed so arrived at 9pm no food on offer until 11pm so kids hungry and tired. All signs around hotels for food times or locations wrong and being served elsewhere. Temporary Room had no locking balcony doors on ground floor level, broken key card slot, run down. Changed rooms next day- had to pack up and move all luggage ourselves with no apology for inconvenience. Booked by independent travel agent- she complained to management via email as had confirmed before our arrival all was ready for us- they eventually gave a bottle of wine (free at the bar) and an a la carte meal (also free as end of season) Activities around the hotel difficult to book and booked up by same families so unable to use. Very few English speaking families around and staff given priority for food. Most miserable staff I have ever seen at a resort - very unwilling to solve problems unless they will get money for it. Visited in October half term- beautiful weather but freezing pool waters- most people stayed at the beach all day as sea water warmer. Food very monotonous. - la carte restaurants plain menus with limited options. Cocktails tasted like water and different each day despite same cocktail unless you paid for nicer ones at the Vitamin Bar. Hotel surrounded by markets which was nice to wonder but constant hassling and if you were not going to buy at that stall staff became rude especially it seemed to English guests. Wifi signal terrible throughout the hotel - ended up downloading e sims to receive messages as signal not strong enough even in reception. Walkways between the hotels were slippery slopes. One of the worst all inclusive hotels we have been to as a family, sadly would never return or recommend it to others despite the photos it is not as it seems! When we tried to speak to the staff to discuss our issues they were not bothered and gave no apologies

Firstly, the hotel itself is amazing. Spacious rooms, well equipped, very clean and the staff have been very helpful. There is plenty of seating round the pool bar and sunbeds round the pool so you don't get the typical morning sunbed fight that you get in most hotels. Where the hotel lets itself down is with the food. The 3 a la carte restaurants were open one day each within the 1 week of our stay. We managed to get a table in the Turkish restaurant which was incredibly underwhelming (we left before the dessert course due to the wait between courses and empty plates being left on the table til the waiter decided to come clear them). The main buffet style restaurant was very hit and miss. For a supposed 5* you would at least expect a bit of rotation in options but apart from one Italian themed evening, you should expect the same dishes day in, day out. The evening entertainment again was very hit and miss. Some of the amphitheatre shows were good but the pool bar entertainment was poor and mainly aimed at German and russian tourists. Outside of the hotels control but would give it a miss if you're a British tourist due to insanely rude German families who have zero concept of a queue and happily stand breathing down your neck at all points of the day. Bit of a let down as the hotel could have been amazing. Definitely not 5*.

Great hotel, nice food, good entertainment. Nice room. Especially the Village accross the road with a la carte lunch. Waterpark for thw kids is fun. Hotel is a little bit above sea level so you have a great view over the sea. A lpt of thanks to do for the kids

Wat voor ons een heerlijke, welverdiende, onbezorgde vakantie moest worden, was de eerste dagen vooral kibbelen over onze boeking en slechte communicatie over de gebreken aan de kamer. Wij hadden via een reisbureau geboekt, een 2 pers. Kamer, park villa, met een campingbedje voor de kleine man. Op de foto's een hele nieuwe, moderne kamer! ( Andere 2 pers. Kamer zag er oud en gedateerd uit, dus extra betaald voor een iets modernere) Bij aankomst van 22.30 in de avond worden wij naar een kamer gebracht die wij op de foto al als oud en gedateerd hadden bestempeld. En dat bleek ook het geval. Barsten in de badkamer opgevuld met kit, bed wat bestond uit twee matrassen op elkaar gestapeld(totaal geen stevigheid), overal vochtplekken, spinnenwebben weg moeten halen voor slapen gaan en de douchekop zat zo vol kalk dat er maar 6/7 stralen water uit kwamen. Helaas stond er in de boeking niet bij welke kamer wij geboekt hadden, alleen een 2 persoons. Alles wat achter de komma s stond, was weggelaten. Via de reisorganisatie geprobeerd te communiceren met de receptie, maar alles sprak slecht NL, moesten vanaf zaterdag tot maandag wachten tot de manager er was. Dus tot maandag gewacht en toen heeft de reisleiding in persoon wat geprobeerd. Manager was vrij arrogant, deed alsof hij ons een plezier gedaan had om op de begane te zetten. Wilde geen upgrade geven, ja voor €525 voor nog 7 nachten. We mochten ook een andere kamer bekijken en checken ter goedkeuring, was zelfde uitvoering,maar wel zonder vocht en kapotte dingen. Dus besloten die te nemen. Meneer kwam ons ophalen om naar die andere kamer te gaan met heel ons hebben en houwen, stond er gewoon weer een ander nummer op het kaartje dan de kamer die wij goedgekeurd hadden. Mijn man die weer checken en uiteindelijk zelf al onze bagage met een steekkar daarheen vervoerd omdat er niemand zou zijn die ons daarheen hadden kunnen doen. Ontbijt buffet is matig, lunch en diner beter. Maar houd rekening met veel Turks, pools of Duits. Voor ons is dit hotel een no-go inmiddels

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen top. Das Areal bietet sehr viele Aktivitäten und ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Es ist alles sehr sauber auch die Zimmer extremst gut. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr schön mit den ganzen Palmen. Es ist zum weiter empfehlen.

We went to hotel together with friends, it was amazing. The staff were super nice and friendly. Food and drinks were delicious. There were many activities, always something to do. We spent very fun and remembering days in hotel. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great! Villa room was very beautiful, clean and peaceful! There was a lot of activities during the day and evening, a lot of shows and music at the club was super! Food, drinks everything was great! Definitely recommend for families and friends! 🌞
