Disappointing stay at this resort.
I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked.
Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time.
Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.

Geslaagde vakantie! Ik ben hier nu voor de 3 e keer en kom zeker terug! Mijn kamer was schoon. En de animatie is een heel gezellig team. Het water van het zwembad was wel nog wat koud. Leuke gesprekken gehad met serdar van het animatie team. Zeker een aanrader het hotel!

Just returned from this hotel. Having visited many hotels in the Side area this is by far the best experience. There are three hotels within the Kamelya world. There is so much variety of things to do, you would never get bored. The staff are amazing and so are the food and drinks. High quality. The animation team are unbelievable. Special shout out to Hasan, always a cheerful smile and so full of fun. He makes every day special.

Airco werkte niet. Deze werd centraal geregeld. Omdat er veel Turkse vakantie gangers waren. Werd hij warmer afgesteld . Het werd niet kouder dan 27 graden op de kamers. Vuile badkleding van vorige mensen was nog op balkon. Minibar werd een paar keer niet aangevuld. Toiletpapier paar keer niet aangevuld Beide baden lekten maar is niet gerepareerd Tv in woonkamer werkte niet doordat batterijen bol stonden. Alle klachten bij balie en hostess gemeld. Op een reparatie bon/ kaart, die aan de gangwerk hing, stonden de problemen al angekruust
