Hello everyone 🤗 I am now in this hotel with children, 16, 11 and 4 years old!) I recommend it to everyone, definitely... We arrived on March 30, from the airport about 45 minutes and we are there. We checked in 10 minutes later into room 4302 (family two-room). The room is super, the beds are very comfortable and large. The pillows seemed uncomfortable to me, small and matted. The bathroom is also comfortable, with slightly weak water pressure in the shower. The food is just mind blowing 🔥 I’ve been to a lot of places, but I’ve only seen such a thrill in the Dominican Republic, Cuba... Meat, fish in huge quantities, I don’t even know how many types. Duck, beef, chicken, turkey, liver, cutlets, etc... There is also plenty of everything for children. There are a lot of vegetables and fruits, everything is very tasty. Desserts are simply amazing ❤️ the chefs of this hotel are the BEST!!! The restaurant is clean. The pools are warm and heated (except one). Slides from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16. The area is not large, but very beautiful and well-groomed. Swings, hammocks, lawn. The PHOENIX disco is cool, the song Gray Night is trendy 😍 There is animation, but it’s weak, in the evenings there’s a mini disco and something for adults. The cocktails are simply delicious🔥 There is a huge market, shops, and pharmacies near the hotel. It may be chaotic, but it's all true. I recommend it to everyone

We were at the hotel from 15.03 to 23.03.24. Overall, I liked the hotel, I recommend visiting it, but probably NOT during the season. The area is small, I'm afraid there won't be room for it during the season. A detailed review will follow. I'll start with the cons, as there are very few of them. 1. Meeting. We arrived at 6 a.m. and were not greeted at all. There was one man at the reception who took the passports and returned them 15 minutes later without saying anything. Almost a whole bus of us arrived. We were not told where we could go to eat/drink/sit. This meeting is a little upsetting. But then everything was fine. 2. Lobby bar. The waiters and bartenders are friendly, but in the evening they absolutely cannot cope with the flow of people, sometimes they waited 10 minutes for drinks, and during the day sometimes they don’t come at all, they sit in their room behind the bar. We have to look for them. 3. The hammam in the spa was cold, a couple of times the indoor pool was also cold 4. There were no umbrellas or awnings on the beach (they hadn’t done it yet when we arrived), but it was very warm, I would have liked an umbrella. But all these minuses are nonsense. Let's move on to the advantages and general description of the hotel. 1. Number. We lived in a new room, everything worked, it was cleaned well. I didn’t really like the closet and there was practically no balcony; nothing could fit on it (no chairs or table) 2. Territory. It’s very small, but everything is located conveniently and somehow logically. BUT I think it will be very crowded during the season. Because even in March, almost all the sun loungers by the pool were occupied, and on a rainy evening we could not find a place in the lobby. Just take a walk at the market near the hotel. But you can go through the beach behind the Crystal Hotel and there is a very beautiful and long promenade. Starts at the Von Hotel. 3. Food and alcohol. Everything is very good here, some alcohol is imported, some is not, but delicious. Very large selection. They give you nuts in the lobby. The food in the main restaurant is varied and tasty. It was a little disappointing that we only had shrimp (without a mixture with mussels) once in 8 days. And the fish is all fried in batter or in a large amount of oil. VERY TASTY in ala carte. We visited Italian and fish. I liked it both ways. Really restaurant food, and not the same as in the main restaurant, just beautiful)) 4. The pool was heated at the bottom and with slides, but we never took a dip, I can’t estimate the temperature. We swam at the spa, there were no people there. 5. Gym. That's great! Very good for a hotel. Lots of exercise machines, different dumbbells. 5+ 6. There were compliments from the hotel for the repeat check-in and for the BD. Thank you!) Overall the impression is very positive, there are no negative emotions at all. I think we’ll come back again, but probably the same thing in March.

The repairs to the hotel are what we in Germany call shoddy construction... the rooms as they are shown on the Dobendan website do not correspond to reality at all. The towels are washed in a ton of fabric softener, so that after drying off you feel like you've bathed in them. 🤮 Instead of coffee, the minibar is filled with huge amounts of sugar. The pool is well heated, but it is chlorinated so heavily that you get rashes. As for the food and drinks: juices = pure cheap sugar water, fruit of inferior quality, so that milkshakes have to be refined with huge amounts of sugar or honey. Everything fried, including the omelette for breakfast, is swimming in fat. Hamburgers are sometimes made with lamb and not beef, because it is cheaper. Quark/milk is occasionally fermented. The alcohol served is the cheapest of the cheap - no real Baileys, no battita de coco, no absolut vodka - just cheap Pushkin. For the kids there is cheap sugary juice cocktail mix.

We rested from February 26 - March 4 in this hotel, two adults and a 6-year-old child) and a group of friends) Pros: + Freshly squeezed juices in the SPA!! Apple, orange, carrot! Any time of the day! This is simply a huge plus! The juices are very tasty! + Starbucks coffee shop👍🏼 + Children's animation! For a winter holiday in Turkey, the animation in this hotel is very good! There was a master class on making pizza, making cookies, decorating plates, making beads, etc. Noma worked with the children at the children's club! Which also draws gorgeous aqua makeup!! Special thanks to Noma for a great time spending time with the children! The two animation boys are also very good! During the day we played Jenga and darts! Exercises in the morning, aqua aerobics, Zumba in the afternoon.. + Special respect to the waiter Yusuf!) A wonderful waiter! Very friendly! In the evening he brought us drinks, and in the afternoon burgers with fries!) Our favorite of all the waiters!🫶🏻 Of the minuses: - The hammam in the spa was barely warm and the sauna was rather weak the first days.. - The pools were not heated enough..

The entrance to the hotel is being repaired, construction dust is flying, it is not possible to drive up to the entrance, leaving the hotel and returning back is a cleanliness quest. There was no warning about this when purchasing the tour. Upon arrival, there was a stain on the bed linen and !a man's curly short hair! The smell is musty in the room. We asked for a refresh, but it didn't last long. The pools are cool. It's impossible to swim. And one is constantly not filled. They drained one, filled another, but didn’t have time to heat it up. As a result, there is nowhere to swim. The spa pool also has cool water. Very modest selection of food, almost everything is fatty. The choice is limited. There are no tiles on the floor in the hammam and there is a hole; if a child falls, he will be seriously injured. The door to the hammam is very difficult to close. Saunas are not working. The sauna near the indoor pool is practically no heat. It is impossible to keep the balcony open, as it constantly smells of cigarettes from the neighboring balcony. Even with the balcony door closed it smells. At 11 o'clock at night it is impossible to sleep, as it is very noisy. There is noise and commotion in the corridor. No soundproofing. The maids do not wipe under the bed and under the sofa, although the gap is large and the furniture moves easily. A layer of dust is a gift, apparently. For the second day in a row, the maid allowed herself to climb into the closet and touch personal belongings! This is simply outrageous!

We are now in this hotel! For a winter holiday, everything is fine, but the heated pool is very cold!!! Neither children nor adults can swim!! One pool is completely drained... The children's pool with a slide is completely icy! Hammam is barely warm! I was walking by the children's pool and fell sharply, a tile fell through, and injured my leg!!

Pros: Before the trip, I wrote to the hotel and found out that the winter concept does not have the original Aperol, I wrote it with tours, talked with Lilia, she promised to correct this situation with Aperol, and as it turned out at the beach bar, and in general, the hotel only has draft beer. As a result, upon arrival at the hotel, after 3 hours, Aperol appeared in all the bars, canned beer on the beach, and on the 4th day of rest, many thanks to Liliya. This is also the only hotel that has normal Gillette razors in all the hotels where we were previously, all the machines were dull. I was very pleased with the food in the hotel, I would even say that the hotel surprised me with the quality of the food, although the assor**ent was small, but all the food was delicious, and take my word for it I have something to compare with. If there wasn’t something on the buffet (and we know what should be) we went to the chef and talked about it and immediately this food appeared (in our case there was sometimes no salmon and strawberries) I was very pleased with the work of the waiters and the bartender on the beach Call him I think Burak. What I didn’t like, I didn’t like how they make cocktails, in my opinion they don’t know how, weak animation, the choice of imported alcohol is also rather weak in my opinion. There were definitely more pros than cons, but despite all the pros, I would not go to this hotel twice.
