Ramazan bayramında Ailem ile birlikte 5 gece kaldık. Genel olarak güzel bir otel, tercih edilebilir ama benzer bütçede daha iyi otellerde de kaldık. Öncelikle tamamen Alman turistlere hitaben hizmet veriyorlar. Biz oradayken sadece yaşlı Alman turistler vardı, sezon henüz açılmamış olduğundan böyle olduğunu düşünüyoruz ve havuz başında sürekli müzik sesini kısın diyen bir kesim vardı :) Animasyondan Enes arkadaşımız olmasaydı bizim için biraz sıkıcı geçecekti fakat Enes sağolsun tatilimize renk kattı. Eğlenceli dart aktiviteleri içinde animasyondan Sinan (takma adoyla Jesus)'a da teşekkürler, ilgi ve alakası için de Ozan (takma adıyla Roberto)'ya da teşekkürler. Ancak animasyon müdürü olan arkadaş ile 6 gün boyunca 1 kez bile diyalog kurma imkanımız olmadı çünkü kendisi sürekli Alman misafirler ile sohbet ediyordu. Bence kendi kimliğini hatırlayıp birazda türk misafirler ile ilgilenebilir. Bunun dışında otelin geneş temizliği ***et iyi, oda servisi ve temizliği güzel. Restaurant çalışanları, garsonlar ve aşçılar çok ilgili ve çalışkanlar, yemeklerin lezzeti ve çeşitliliği de yeterince iyi. Sezonda daha iyi ve eğlenceli olacağını düşündüğüm potansiyeli olan bir otel, herkese emekleri için teşekkürler.

Arkadaşımla birlikte konakladığımız bu otelde çok eğlendik. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Yemekler oldukça çeşitli ve lezzetli. Gelmeyi düşünen herkese tavsiye ederiz. My husband has been treated condescendingly by the male hotel staff on several occasions. I can't say whether it's because he's a man or because he wears his cross around his neck, but it's clear to us... we won't be coming here anymore. The man at the hotel bar insulted his mother in Turkish under his breath, but we understood it, just because the drink should be drunk at the stand and not in the bar. On the first day you can still be unsure and expect the staff to be able to handle it. My grandma was completely ignored by a waiter and he only took my husband's order. I'm shocked to be treated like this for the money you pay here.

I left my job on 09.09.2023 due to the mobbing (proven, proven) practices of the chefs, especially Narin Cun and Koray Tavukçu, throughout the season. This was a date they planned. First of all, I would like to thank them for their bad contributions to my life. If I were to talk generally; The chefs behave unethically and their management is poor. 35 euros are collected from the waiters. This money is not shared with the bellboys, but is a dues that the chefs only receive for themselves. Type boxes are given only to the buffet bellboy and office waiter. It is a place where all kinds of personnel discrimination, such as citizenship discrimination, friendship discrimination, gender discrimination, occur. Especially among bellboys. You will be exposed to injustice many times. Although female bellboys are more hardworking than male bellboys, for some reason, on the contrary, women are treated worse. There is extreme gender discrimination. There is a lot of oppressive, condescending and degrading treatment of women. And this is done by chefs. Other employees, taking courage from their supervisors, can treat women badly and disrespect them as they wish. They have no intention of promoting people from outside the hotel who they do not know. They promote their own villagers and acquaintances. The only exception I can make to this is the students of the school they have a contract with. They do that out of necessity as per the procedure. Apart from these, they use outsiders. In the first season, they use my dear cicim. In the second season, no one else does. They make you do things they don't want. They surpass you. They practice mobbing. They test your patience. When they are done, they take you aside and force you to resign. If that doesn't work, they threaten you with a report. There is no one you can tell your troubles to. He is his villager, this is his acquaintance, he is his classmate. It is such an environment. They can get along and deal with you. Especially if you are alone and there is no one behind you and you are a bellboy. If you are going to come alone, I would definitely not recommend it. If you are outside working hours, chefs may sometimes disturb you outside for work reasons (like Koray Tavukçu). For reasons such as why didn't you throw out the garbage? Additionally, you are obliged to attend training outside working hours. Thus, your private life is disrespected. Staff food is bad. You usually work half full and half hungry. Hotel air conditioning is not provided to employees. It is not even provided in the dining hall. Ingredients are always missing. You have to struggle up and down the restaurant, which is two stories high. It is a place where there is no logic. Lodging is considered good, but you cannot be comfortable in the long run. Due to exaggerated rules and some problems. Also, water outages can put you in a difficult situation. It is a problem hotel, not a solution hotel. When you tell them about the problems, they turn against you instead of solving the problem. Employees are oppressed. Sometimes chefs can even shorten your legal meal hours. Employee rights are bad. The only thing I can say that works properly is that your salary is deposited on time. If it weren't for that, even their acquaintances wouldn't work anyway. What comes to my mind
