Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at this hotel, we discovered bed bugs in our room and had to switch rooms at 10:00 in the evening. They said they would comp our room and it never happened. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

The check in process was a bit slow and unorganized, room was average, but the toilet definitely ran making it very loud and distracting to rest and relax. Could improve on overall maintenance

When we arrived the heat in the room was blasting. There was no way to control the temperature. We had to turn off the heat and leave the window wide open (in January) to cook thing down. We tried to call down to the front desk twice on different occasions, and nobody answered. Also, the toilet ran non stop.

The corporate attention to the facility was very poor but the young vivacious, easy to please staff was amazing. They bent over backwards to help the residents. BUT, the fuses were blowing on the waffle machine at breakfast. The furniture in the room was so large for the space you could not move in the room. The bathroom door put dents in the nearby wall. There was no soup or shampoo in dispensers in shower and the small bottles provided are a danger to the environment when disposed. It is so frustrating when the windows do not open to allow fresh air. Again the staff was AMAZING, they all deserve raises in their salary.

It was terrible. We left at 12:30am because the room was so hot. Air wouldn’t work. They couldn’t get another key to work to move our room. No manager on site. Workers knew very little. Just poor experience. Never stay there again.

It was gross. The hallways had trash, steriafoam, dirt, were not vaccuumed, swept. Room had stained blankets, sheets. Bathroom didnt have enough towels. Mirror was gross

First impression of the hotel when we drove in was that it was very dated and had been around for quite some time. Entering the hotel from the front door entrance did not do anything to change our impression. The carpet and the elevator door area looked dirty. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and very friendly. She welcomed my wife and I graciously and did inform us of the renovations that were going on. We understand those things and appreciated the heads up. The room was OK and the beds were comfortable but the window was filthy and you could hardly see out. The heater air conditioner was dated and was very difficult to adjust to keep the room comfortable. The bathroom was very small and you had to maneuver carefully around the door to get to the bathtub and use the toilet. The bathtub was not very clean looking and the drain was clogged and running so slow that you stood in water while taking a shower. The toilet leaked at the base and we had to put towels down to absorb the leaking water and keep it from running on the floor area. We had one small bar of soap in the bathroom and when I asked the house keeper and the front desk for some soap, they said they didn't have any more and the supplier was running late and maybe November before they got any more. I was given a small bottle of shampoo to use as bath soap. Having no soap in a hotel seemed totally unacceptable to me as this is a basic in any hotel. Maybe a little creativity on the part of the hotel management would have been helpful at least temporarily on this issue like going to BJ's or Sam's Club and buying soap in quantity in the interim. Also, the breakfast presentation was very unimpressive and the selections were pretty bare bones. We paid $200.00 plus a night for the two nights we were there. Yes, it was foliage season and I get it but now you can stay there for $68.00 a night. This hotel was no value at the price we paid. I did inform the front desk the morning we left about the bathtub drain and the leaking toilet. The lady said she would tell their new maintenance man about it. I had been waiting for a survey from the Quality Inn which to date I have never received so that is why I am writing it on Tripadvisor.
