We had a great time here and can't wait to go again this winter. Very clean, Waterpark was fun,and ALMOST all of the staff were friendly and courteous. Had a minor issue with Sabrina in the food court who apparently is miserable in her job and treats customers like a bother. Reported this to her supervisor. Hopefully, the resort weeds out people like this because literally everyone else in the building were so nice and friendly! We will definitely be back!

We had a nice time at Soaring Eagle water park and hotel. We were there on a weekday, so the water park wasn't too busy. It isn't the largest park, but it was clean and the staff was nice. The hotel has been renovated since our previous visit and our room was also clean and comfortable. We had a nice one day getaway.

Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel The waterpark is excellent. Huge place. Many slides for everyone. Plenty of water! They even have the flowrider. A simulated water board or surfing machine. Great experience for anyone of all ages. Young or old. Only one in Michigan. In fact, not many places in the Midwest have this machine at all. You will love it. Highly Recommended

The water park was way too cold and the chlorine was so strong that our eyes were stinging after 5 minutes. So I put goggles on my kid to protect her eyes, but she immediately tripped and fell on some wet stairs because she couldn’t see clearly, hitting her back. Other kids at the park had bright red, bloodshot eyes and were crying because they stung. They all had blue lips and were shivering. The hot tub was overcrowded because people were frigid. We ended up moving to the little hotel pool after only 20 minutes. As for the hotel, it was bare bones. Same with the restaurant. Same with customer service. And the arcade was overpriced. The entire stay I got the impression that the hotel and waterpark were trying to save money. Unfortunately I’ll be saving mine in the future and won’t be returning.

Went to waterpark on day pass with Mom-Friends and our kids. It was too busy and passes were almost double the normal cost but it was Spring Break. Great amenities for a day trip to a pool. Snacks, drinks, convenience store. Bring your own towels! Chlorine was overwhelming (understandable). We were all coughing, blowing our noses and using eye drops by the end of our day. Typical for an indoor waterpark imo.

TERRIBLE. The water was freezing. It was overcapacity, no tubes available. Long lines for everything. None of the bathrooms had toilet paper the entire day. Staff can’t answer any questions. Management is horrible. Go to Frankenmuth’s water park! We thought we would try something new. Waste of time and money.

We stayed two nights with our family of 4, and it was just okay. We booked the Golden Eagle Suite (king bed + bunk beds) and were disappointed by the quality of the bunk beds. They were so cheap that they squeaked and rocked back and forth any time one of the kids moved, which resulted in interrupted sleep for all of us. My husband found several loose bolts that he tightened with his fingers as well as he could. The room was clean-ish but could have been better. The mini fridge was tiny and froze all of the snacks we brought solid. My kids did really enjoy themselves in the water park. There is plenty to do there and they were entertained for most of the day. It did get very packed during the day, to the point that it was difficult to even walk around. Some of the lifeguards were great, but I noticed several that were very inattentive (talking to coworkers, texting on their Apple watch); this would have not made me feel safe had my kids been smaller. FYI to anyone going to the waterpark: although they say they don't allow outside food or drinks, it is clear that this is not monitored or enforced. **PLEASE NOTE if you are going to this hotel, pool towels are not provided! Bring your own beach towels or you'll be forced to use your bath towels or purchase towels at the gift shop. Around 1pm I got in line at the snack bar for soft pretzels. There was only one girl working and I was in line for over an hour, with only about 6-7 people in front of me. Others that were there at the same time had to wait in line to order, and then waited an hour to get their pizza after ordering. It was lunchtime on a Saturday and the girl working didn't have help coming in until 3pm. I was disappointed and frustrated by the slow service. The arcade was fine but nothing special. There aren't really that many games to choose from, and they all cost $2.00 to play. My kids were bored quickly. Overall, our experience was not awful but not great. My kids had a fun weekend and didn't really seem to notice any of the things that I found disappointing.
