Als wir in der Tioga Lodge ankamen, war nur Personal dort, dass kein Wort Englisch sprach, fanden wir sehr speziell. Als wir dann eine Stunde später einchecken konnten, reagierte die Frau an der Rezeption agressiv darauf. Die Lodge ansolches, merkte man, dass sie sich mühe geben. Doch es liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse und ist in der Nacht viel zu laut. Der Preis ist viel zu teuer! Das Restaurant können wir nicht bewerten da es nicht geöffnet hatte. Unser Fazit: in den 5 Wochen Amerika war es die schlechteste Preis - Leistung Unterkunft. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

I became ill with altitude sickness and had to check out early, but there was no one in the office. A nice young man who spoke no English was doing yard work, and I asked him to direct me to the owners, but he did not understand. I could not find anyone, anywhere at 11 a.m. check out time. I don't recommend this motel.

Nice place with great location to watch the sunrise! Busy street close by so if your a light sleeper maybe this is not for you. Amazing towels :) recommended!

So dark when I arrived that I could hardly find my room. Steep stairs to the room. Would NOT recommend for seniors. No desk in the room. Will NEVER rebook here.

Very rustic. Was disappointed the restaurant had closed for the season. Around the hot/ cold water in the sink was crusty with corroded minerals. Floor near tub was in need of repair. Like I already noted, it’s very rustic. However, it was clean, bed comfortable and it’s pet friendly, for an additional fee.

We are happy with the stay in general. Near Mono Lake is the reason we chose this place although it is quite noisy from early morning as it is right next to 395HW. Room is clean, but with no dryer which is a minus.

The Tioga Lodge is a beautiful property and has stunning views of Mono Lake. It is right off the 395 so it can be noisy with car traffic. Our windows wouldn’t close all the way so it was noisier than I’d like. Plus, broken sprinklers going off at 11/12 at night was obnoxious. Our bed was sort of uncomfortable, but not awful. We could also perfectly hear our neighbors while in the bathroom, which isn’t ideal.
