Pour notre part une énorme déception. Nous avons pris un peu de recul avant de laisser l’évaluation. Notre sentiment est que tout est TRÈS compliqué dans cet établissement : l’accès en voiture vous donne des sueurs froides tellement la ruelle est étroite, l’accueil est glacial (les propriétaires, hautains, ne sont pas du métier, cela ne fait aucun doute, et n’ont aucun sens du client), la literie est très inconfortable car terriblement dure, les chambres sont très chaudes (pas de clim’ ou de ventilateur et c’est intenable lorsqu’il fait chaud), paiement en espèces obligatoire (on le découvre par surprise à l’arrivée) et à peine entrés dans l’établissement (quelle honte !) et pas de facture (du jamais vu), impossible d’obtenir quoi que ce soit (même un café que l’on accepterait pourtant volontiers de payer, c’est impossible en dehors du petit déjeuner), bref, ce beau métier s’apprend et le sens du client également. Nous avons essayé de formuler courtoisement quelques remarques qui nous semblaient constructives. Les propriétaires, très sûrs d’eux, nous ont donné l’impression qu’on les dérangeait et c’est vraiment regrettable de traiter des clients de la sorte. Vu le prix de la nuitée, on est en droit de s’attendre à autre chose qu’à de l’amateurisme. En conclusion : Si vous cherchez une prestation haut de gamme en adéquation avec le tarif, vous n’êtes certainement pas au bon endroit.

Commentaires très reduits et j’en conviens. Amis sportifs, passez votre chemin. Trop de contraintes pour passer un bon week-end avec cette adresse ! Accessibilité, petit déjeuner impossible avant 7h30, prix de la chambre evolutif, ....

A well renovated old and characterful property with airy and spacious bedroom. Well situated on the edge of the Revermont, with distant views of Beaujolais, this is great for a quiet, relaxing stay. Very friendly owner. Teas / instant coffee and kettle in room, and 100 yards from good restaurant Au Petit Relais. Some travelers may wish to know that the owner speaks little English, and that those with very wide vehicles may find the turn into the property tricky. Bakeries, good cheese shop, convenience store and butcher in the village. Our only quibblle was that our pillows were not that comfortable, though they were pretty normal for France.

5 belles chambres et une grande salle commune Une décoration épurée pour une ambiance sereine. Très belle vue sur la vallée. Un accueil très courtois. Le petit déjeuner compris est très copieux. 2 bornes de recharge véhicule électrique 22 kW municipales et gratuites à moins de 100m. L’accès véhicule est un peu étroit mais faisable quand on sait conduire, sinon, il y a un grand parking à 50m. Paiement en liquide uniquement mais distributeur juste à côté.
