CUIDADO EL HOTEL ESTÁ CERRADO Y SIGUEN VENDIENDO Llegamos al hotel y tiene una cadena en la puerta, tocamos y nada, llanos por teléfono y tampoco, está muy está un árbol de navidad y un nacimiento como si se unieran ido de repente, hasta luces prendidas hay.

Fuimos un grupo de ciclistas al desayunar, muy rico y el servicio excelente por parte del el sr ernesto, angelica y cristian que nos atendieron en el restaurant, super amables. La alberca super agusto. Nos gusto mucho.!!

El día de hoy estuvimos en el restaurante fuimos un grupo de más de 12 ciclistas y el sr. Ernesto, Angelica y Cristhian nos brindo un excelente trato, fueron muy amable y eficiente , todo el servicio fue rápido y la comida estuvo exquisita fue un día muy placentero y volveremos y recomiendo al 100%. Buenas noches. OK, empecemos por recepción todos han sido muy amables Diana, Edgar y Pavel, muy atentos. En el restaurante el mesero José también nos ha estado atendiendo muy bien, el servicio a la alberca es bueno. Les recomiendo visitar el hotel.

Estamos por vacaciones las cuales las pasamos bastante bien en este hotel, el servicio no se diga fue espectacular y más por parte de José Luis Gómez que nos brindó de un excelente servicio, por parte de la cocinera Cuquita, estaba muy rica su comida. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel

Visite este hotel por primera vez y me quede satisfecho con el y no se diga con el servicio brindado por parte de el señor José gomez, que en nuestra estancia fue una persona muy atenta y servicial, por parte de recepción nos dieron una cordial bienvenida como en familia por parte de la señorita Diana, pavel y Edgar. 100% recomendable

De entrada un hotel con las habitaciones sin mantenimiento y huele a viejo, al entrar a la habitación el baño estaba sucio con los deshechos del anterior huesped, y una cucaracha muerta en la cama, la puerta de la habitación se abria con solo empujarla, desde afuera alguien se podria meter con facilidad, lo cual hace este lugar inseguro. El Internet no llegaba a la habitación y para salir las areas comunes estaban oscuras, estuve media hora solamente y esto me basto para salir corriendo a buscar otro hotel. Afortunadamente cerca de alli habia otro hotel de mejor calidad y limpieza y al mismo precio. Si les gusta el terror, este hotel es para usted, de lo contrario mejor busque otra opción. No entiendo como puede seguir operando un lugar como este que además tiene publicidad engañosa pues las fotos de su página no son reales, se ve bonito y en la realidad es terrible.
