Stuff dont know about VIP dirty pool. Blod in one of the pillow not towels. And i have to request extra stuff for my partner the room basically was not set up for 2 i have to go back and forth whit the front desk and they dont even show interest in help

El cuarto huele a viejo y encerrado y las ventanas son fijas, no se pueden abrir. Los pisos de cuarto y pasillos están rotos. La secadora muy vieja y en pésimas condiciones. Los dispensadores de jabón y shampoo no sirven, por lo que se tiene que forzar quitar el frasco para usar los productos. la mesa/escritorio ya esta vieja y pandeada, lo cual es evidente con la tele, que también esta inclinada. El lavamanos esta fracturado. Sin duda este hotel ya pasó por su mejor época, le urge ya remodelarlo y mantenimiento mayor.
