Todo perfecto, limpio, cómodo, agradable...
Se echa de menos que el horario de la cafetería no sea más amplio, hasta las 23:00 pienso que se queda corto. Pero en general todo bien, el trato con el personal es correcto, las instalaciones son bastante nuevas, las camas cómodas, la limpieza es muy buena...

L'hôtel est bien placé et très accessible, le long d'un axe routier sur la route entre Madrid et Ségovie à moins d'une heure de Madrid au pied des collines et non loin des stations de ski. Tout est fonctionnel, les chambres sont confortables et de bonnes dimension, et calmes malgré la proximité de la route, il y a un grand parking. Cela n'est pas un hôtel de charme, mais le rapport qualité/ prix est bon, il n'y a rien à redire.

“Recientemente nos alojamos en el hotel con mi pareja y nuestro hijo de 5 años. Optamos por no incluir el desayuno que costaba 8,50€ para nuestro hijo, ya que él solo come sus galletas María para desayunar y un batido(Que llevábamos nosotros). Sin embargo, al momento de pagar, nos encontramos con un camarero de mal genio que insistía en que debíamos pagar un desayuno adicional para nuestro hijo, a pesar de que no había consumido nada del buffet. Tratamos de explicarle la situación, pero fue muy grosero y no nos escuchó. Dejó una nota en recepción indicando que debíamos el desayuno de nuestro hijo, lo cual nos hizo sentir incómodos y sintiendo que estuviéramos siendo acusados injustamente. Cuando nos dirigíamos a devolver las llaves, el personal de recepción nos informó sobre la nota dejada por el camarero. Nos hicieron sentir aún más incómodos y nos dejaron esperando mientras averiguaban la situación.( Fue a preguntarle al camarero si había visto a mi hijo consumir algo)Finalmente, después de varios minutos de espera, el problema se resolvió sin una disculpa por parte del personal. Además, nos sorprendió que, en lugar de disculp****, nos animaran a dejar una buena reseña. Esta falta de atención al cliente y la actitud grosera del personal hacia nuestra situación no corresponden con el servicio que esperábamos de un hotel de este nivel. ¡Una experiencia decepcionante en general!”

Buen hotel en relación calidad precio, aparcamiento amplio y habitaciones amplias. Lo único que no me ha gustado es que el aire acondicionado solo se podía encender y apagar, sin poder controlar la temperatura que estaba a 21º y te congelabas por la noche.
