Habitaciones limpias y acogedoras, muy bien comunicado, muy buena relación calidad/precio y muy destacable, así mismo, el trato exquisito y atento recibido por el personal del hotel, especialmente por Mario (responsable de recepción).

El peor hotel en el que me he hospedado en España. No dispone de servicio de comida ni cena, solo desayuno pero en un lugar demasiado pequeño. Las habitaciones no está acondicionadas para hosped**** en él. La ducha de las habitaciones no tiene un buen desague y se encharca. No devuelven el dinero de la reserva.

Place can use and upgrade.
Overall it was a good stay, I hated the parking having to ring the bell to get in and out of the lot.

El Hotel Galaico de 3* es el peor al que he acudido nunca. La habitación 115 se inundó el baño porque al duch**** el desague no podía absorber el agua. Habitación 120 más pequeña que la anterior para dos personas y la habitación 237 más grande que las anteriores pero muy fría (tarifa más cara). No hay restaurante para poder desayunar, comer o cenar. Está a quince minutos andando de la calle central de Villalba (está situado en Villalba no en Collado-Villalba). No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto. No tienen hoja de reclamaciones y no te devuelven el dinero si se decide anular la estancia. Gracias

Estupendo y moderno hotel. Muy bien ubicado. Estuvimos encantados. Camas muy cómodas, baño espacioso, habitación amplia y muy limpia.Repetiría sin dudarlo. Personal muy agradable.

Hotel muito boas condições em relação ao mobiliário de quarto e casa de banho. A estadia foi boa. Contudo como estávamos no 3º piso com maior exposição ao Sol havia excesso de calor não havendo uma boa climatização do quarto. Tivemos que abrir a janela e mesmo assim só durante noite arrefeceu. A casa de banho bastante boa, embora só havia duche alto. Sem hipótese de duche de telefone. O atendimento muito simpático e acolhedor. Pequeno almoço simples mas bom. Maquina das torradas fazia guincho irritante
