The place is just lovely. The peace and view are an invitation to relax and enjoy. The decoration the setting to feel the island vacation mood. Clean, spacious full of light, birds. At night curtains can be closed for a dark resting sleep. The pool is warm and impeccable clean. French breakfast yummy. I can say reserve this place. The host went the extra mile to send by mail some earrings we forgot. Wherever you are in the island rent a car. Is worth exploring it with the car. Beaches are different and beautiful.

The place is nice and clean, both the room and the outdoor area, literally 5 minutes drive from the beach, in a tranquil spot. Pool is clean as well, you get fresh fruit and croissants in the morning. The coffee was also very good. We went with a 2 years old and had no issues whatsover.

Great service and a nice and calm place on a busy St Martin. Friendly and service minded staff. No reception 24 hours but it was easy to get in contact with the staff. Nice pool and the breakfast was good in a fantastic atmosphere. I should come back again if I could.

We enjoyed our stay with Cyril and Marie-Julie very much. The property is in perfect condition and the communication with them went smoothly. Spacious, quiet room . Just one tip : a bit more options for breakfast would be nice.

Excellent small 5 room hotel run by a charming and helpful French family. Comfortable rooms. Great location to explore the best of St Martin. You must have a car. Recommend local restaurants Orient bay: latelier, maison mere, bikini beach club (lunch) Grand Case: Java, le cottage, Lolo Hibiscus for fine dining Pinel island: karibuni Need to reserve all at peak times. Best beaches Orient bay Baie rouge (need to bring your own food drinks) Pinel island Grand Case Took a private boat to anguila. Expensive but lovely
