Very spacious rooms with kitchenettes. The establishment was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony facing the ocean. The location was ideal with many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend staying at the Orient Beach Hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, however it would have been great if we had had a room that we could see the garden and sea from. We were in block 2 on the ground floor which was classified as Deluxe Junior Suite. The room was good but only a view of the railings around the swimming pool and the back of the restaurant unless you walked away from the room patio and looked across. If you require a ground floor room with a garden and sea view you need to book in blocks 3-5.
The sun chairs many were reserved for the cruise ships, you were allocated sun beds in rows 3 and 4.
Breakfast was repetitive, limited choice of fruit.

Second trip to st Maarten, French side this time. Loved this location and accommodation, so much so have our 2025 trip already pre-booked! The hotel is botiquey, clean, beachfront, walking distance to phenomenal eating places, with amenities to multiple beach clubs on the *****. Highly recommend.

Wonderful boutique hotel right on the beach (the only one on the beach actually) Dedicated team and all amenities for a perfect stay. Beach restaurants in front of the hotel and the village square with all the restaurants is only at 2 minutes walk. Perfect location.

You will not regret staying here. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean with a view of the beach. Continental breakfast and chairs included. Easy walk to Orient Village. As a solo female, I walked around the area at night and it was safe and I never felt uncomfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Positives: Nice room, great view, courteous staff. Fun-fun-fun beach. Great restaurant choices nearby. Probably the better hotel on Orient beach. Negatives: Some issues with water pressure and getting hot water when taking a shower. Continental breakfast was lacking; I would expect a better continental breakfast for $300+ per night. I felt it was a little overpriced but that may be the standard there.

Les chambres sont très belles, très joli mobilier mais les petits déjeuners ne sont pas assurés par l'hôtel mais par un restaurant/bar à côté de l'hôtel. D'ailleurs les petits déjeuners servis sont médiocres tant en qualité qu'en quantité (pas dignes d'un hôtel 4*).
