Les chambres sont très belles, très joli mobilier mais les petits déjeuners ne sont pas assurés par l'hôtel mais par un restaurant/bar à côté de l'hôtel. D'ailleurs les petits déjeuners servis sont médiocres tant en qualité qu'en quantité (pas dignes d'un hôtel 4*).

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel . Les chambres correspondent exactement aux photos '& sont très spacieuses & bien pensé frigo , coin cuisine .... & décoré avec goûts Le personnel est très sympa , souriant compétent & de bon conseil . On a eu une petite fuite d eau dans la salle de bain repéré dans la journée ! Les femmes de chambre sont sympas aussi & le ménage est bien fait chaque jour . L'hôtel est super bien placé , petits commerces à proximité , bars & restaurants . On y allait à pied le soir au restaurant et on rentrait par la plage ..bonheur ! De l'hôtel on a même loué une voiture . Super pratique .& des excursions . Par contre petit bémol comme beaucoup je regrette les petits déjeuner au KKO Le cadre est agréable on a les pieds dans le sable , c'est bien entretenu au quotidien mais ... Toujours les mêmes choses pendant 10 jours aucune variation du buffet ! Qualité bof le fromage tranche super fin aucun goût ...idem jambon ... On cherche la rentabilité ! Rien n'est qualitatif mais le pain et bon & les fruits coupés appréciables . Il n'y a pas l'air d'avoir une bonne ambiance & ça s'en ressent +++ un jour on a questionné un salarié sur une plage il répondu mais le lendemain il nous a même pas demandé comment on a trouvé ...et le patron lui carrément il dit pas bonjour aux clients mais se gêne pas pour reprendre ses salariés devant les clients . C'est assez désagréable & ça va pas avec le cadre .! Enfin au KKO il y a des lits avec matelas , rideaux & coussins sur les photos ...en photo Mais en vrai: une planche , le cadre et plus rien ! Dommage de pas entretenir aussi les lits de plage , remettre rideaux , matelas & coussins !!! Bref pour moi c'est le KKO qui dénote , mais j'en ai pas tenu rigueur s l'hôtel car c'est indépendant de l'hôtel !

This place is great! Hotel staff very nice, location is VERY convenient to Orient Beach and Village, the rooms are beautiful and the facility is very clean. If you're going for a weekend and don't plan on leaving the Orient Bay complex, a car isn't even necessary!

Everything was top rate! Friendly and attentive staff, great location on the beach, could walk to some great restaurants nearby. The room was better than the pictures. We originally thought we would explore more of the island but the room, the people (Thank you Florence and Junior!) and the wonderful beach was too great to leave. We will be back!

Besides the fabulous facility and perfect location one of the main reasons I have been here 10 times is the incredible staff. On my latest visit they accommodated reservation changes, made dinner reservations, taxi reservations and searched down a missing beach coverup I had lost. I choose this over a VRBO facility just to have the staff there to help with whatever arises.

Clean and well-located. Restaurants and small grocery stores within walking distance. The continental breakfast was good although quite limited if you have gluten and/or dairy sensitivities. The breakfast was also exactly the same everyday - I wish there had been a bit more variety. The breakfast was regularly refreshed so no limp fruit or stale bread. We would go back.

Spent 9 days at OBH. The staff were very friendlily and helpful. The rooms and facility was very move and clean. The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from Orient Bay Village which haha wonderful restaurants. Would recommend staying at OBH.
