開房給了3樓房間,但是前台並未告訴電梯壞了,行李無法扛上三樓,於是要求更換為一樓房間,結果給了半地下間,進房先出去吃飯,1小時後回來打開空調,發現房間裏空調聲音如同拖拉機噠噠聲很響,然後要求換房被告知無房説已經換一次,可我並未去三樓的房間,並且開房時應告知電梯壞了,要求退房被收取一晚房費.房間比較老舊,周圍流浪漢比較多,所以即便收取一晚房費,依然去其他酒店住宿了.

Breakfast was just bagels and muffins
Pool was cover and non usable
If it's in photos for being amenity should be usable, more so in the summer
Blackout curtains had holes in them so it was more a stary night ...
And for some reason for my 7 day stay...they put me in a handicap room 8/

I was overall happy with my stay. Room was clean and airy. I slept well. Did not hear any traffic or other noise. The bed was comfy.The staff were pretty pleasant. It was ideally situated and easily accessible .

This hotel has steps up to the non working elevator. I requested a room that we could access with out stairs and was given a room in the basement. Room was fine, but even then, you cannot access the lobby or breakfast area with out stairs or going outside.

Check in process was kind of slow, considering we were booked online ahead of time. Clerk was adequate, but not friendly as such. Room was pretty basic, but clean. Could have used two coffee condiment packs since we had two coffees. Excellent, free Wi-Fi, basic breakfast (bagels/yogurt, juice). There was no information in the room as to hotel information (ice machine, breakfast hours), not any information on local restaurants, etc.

Dirty Common Areas and Lobby. Low Grade Front Desk Support Staff. No Drinking Water available. Water Faucet broken. Rooms were Ok. But very pricey for $120/night. We had 2 rooms over 4 days of stay. Very Basic, unhealthy Breakfast.

Bad service, bad room, bad cleanest, the breakfast was terrible. Being totally honest I don’t like my stay in the hotel. Bad service, bad breakfast, bad cleaning. Honestly o wouldn’t recommend. I felt that the amount that a pay for two night wasn’t worth it. It was such a bad experience

COPS at the entrance. Cops entered the motel to search someone. A very dirty man was taken by them out of the motel. Suspects rumning at the parking lot. The area is very dangerous and the hotel has no security. Dont stay here, it is not a secure place!

Is it possible to leave less than 1 star? We stayed here for UMD Parents Weekend oct 7-oct 9 2022. Thee was no where else to stay in College Park. No where. Here's just a couple of things that made this stay Top 5 worse stays ever: Not enough outlets Needs a paint job Better furnishings No desk Lights out next to bed and bathroom Strong **** smell in hallway Terrible check in Not my choice but there were no other rooms anywhere I would never stay here again These are the smallest double beds I have ever seen You should be paying people to stay here. Everything is sticky. All the furnishings Tv picture not clear
