This property felt unsafe and the room was unsanitary. We requested a cancellation of the property from *******, but since we had already checked in, they were unable to process it. The hotel refused to issue a refund and we left the property without staying overnight. I can submit pictures of the unsanitary, unclean bed linen and dirty room.

In my room, I can find next items: visibly rusty iron products, dark cigarette smell, thin blankets (even in winter), punctured blankets (possibily by cigarette), towels and shampoo but no basic amenities such as soap, bottled water, toothbrushes, toothpaste, weak sound insulation.

The hotel is well located, the neighborhood is quiet, the room needs remodeling as there are things broken, it includes an American breakfast which is very bad since it is only coffee, juice and bread, that disappointed me a lot since they do not offer you anything further

The receptionist was rude and not helpful. After putting money in the vending machine for a drink it wouldn’t produce the item I went to the receptionist for help but she specifically said “they don’t help customers” very weird individual.

The "no smoking" room smelled of cigaretes even though i specifically told them that my kid had asthma so they decided to offer spray but that definitly would not work so i had to check out of the motel not even 30 minutes later to go to a holiday inn which was 100× better and cleaner than this place.

Front desk (female clerk) barely spoke. When she did it was maybe a whisper behind the glass. After being checked in, I was guided to the stairs as the elevator was out of order. No biggie. I'm only going to the second floor. Upon my arrival to the second floor landing and opened the door, I was greeted with a cloud of pot/****. Once I regained my composure, I walked to my room. The keys did not work. I walked back down to the front desk and said 2 problems. Number 1 my keys don't work and number 2 it reeks of ****/pot in the hall. She offered to "spray the hall" and I said you're gonna need more than that! I was able to get another room on the first floor. Not pot, but man it was dirty. Dirty floor, stained bed sheets, mold in the shower. To top this off, the people above me in the pot clouds were running sprints around their room ALL NIGHT. Never again! Run away and stay at the closed down hotels across the street.

I wasn't sure about mask mandates because they haven't taken down the warning. However, seeing the signs around helped me realize the impacts of the pandemic abroad. I don't remember mask laws where I was visiting from. It's kind of cute though.

Seems as though it would take much to improve the bathroom conditions.
Black mold is not acceptable from a health standpoint.
