We had a late arrival and early departure at Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. Easy to board the skytrain (light rail to ATL West parking garage and Rental Car Center), walk to the Tru about a block, and get some sleep before awakening at 4 am and heading back into the airport.

Great hotel. Room was clean and services. Buffet breakfast was good. Right by the airport. You take the airport tram and it’s two stops to & from the airport. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is very new. You can take the light rail directly to the airport in a few steps. The price is also very reasonable.

The staff was very friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. The only thing we did not like is that the vallet service is not optional. The insist and you must leave your car key with the staff. The parking lot is not huge and our car was parked less than 50 feet away from the entrance of the hotel. This is the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. I would stay here again though.

I needed a hotel close to the airport and they delivered. The lobby was clean but the front desk staff was harried and unfriendly. I also did not like having no choice but to use valet parking.

Overall the place looks new and clean. But the walls are super thin and I could hear people talking and snoring all through the night. The pillows are super thin and basically useless. The front desk needs a little more training, I had paid online already and they charged me again before taking my incidentals fee. I questioned it and someone else came to refund me. I did not sleep well at all here. Wish it was better, the location is convenient and it looks nice.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with plenty of room and upgraded features. The common area downstairs was also great and there’s was plenty of areas to feel privacy.

Fast and easy check in. Lobby was clean. My only gripe was that breakfast did not begin til 6am. We had to leave by 5am to catch our flight.

This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in m, in over the last 2 years. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely stay here if you looking for a hotel in College Park

We stayed here because we had a red flight out of Atlanta. The hotel is nice, clean, and new. The room was sufficient with great shower pressure! It is a bit of a walk from the hotel to the SkyLink but not much different than from parking at Atl West parking. The valet parking attendant Shaniqua was extremely nice and resourceful. She did a fabulous job and appreciate her being so helpful to me and my son with directions to and from the airport. We would stay here agin for sure.

Valet should be optional, it was a bit of a hassle and quite slow but the drivers were nice. Disappointed there was no microwave in room. Pillows and duvet were not very comfortable. Everything else was great.

The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. The ladies who checked us in and out answered all questions I had. They also created a very personable encounter and were super friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable. We chose our hotel based off of closeness to the convention center and I would suggest booking there to anyone who needs to access an event there. Plus having valet was a huge plus. The valet staff was very nice and created a fun joking time while we waited for our vehicles. If I could give 10 out of 10 stars I would!!
