I have to say it's very very disappointing during the latest stay at Mariott Atlanta Airport Gateway. My wife stayed through 13-15Oct. She placed her jade bracelet on bedside table and forgot to carry with her to dinner for several hours on 14Oct late afternoon. The jade bracelet was never found again after that. Hotel gave a plain answer to her inquiry simply saying it could not be found, although it certainly could do some investigation on room access or CCTV record. Besides the financial loss, it's a priceless gift from old parents. The result, security concern, and the hotel's reaction are so so disappointing.

Tried to check in at 11 pm, no rooms even with prepaid booking, told to wait, hour later given a room that was occupied! Back to reception, lots of angry people, no management, felt very sorry for the sole receptionist, eventually had a conference room with pull down bed given to me. Will avoid.

clean, professional, terrific rooms, excellent bar and restaurant, wonderful staff, adjacent to airport. If you’re traveling by air, and you need an overnight in Atlanta, don’t think you can beat this hotel. Scaff in particular was really helpful and everyone was pleasant, drinks in the bar were just right, appetizers top-notch. We got stuck due to our flight having a mechanical issue, but these people at the gateway rose to the occasion. The skytrain back to Atlanta airport is super convenient.

The best stay ever!! I was able to do a late check out, 1 pm!!! At no charge!! Obviously the housekeepers knew cuz not once was I bothered. I asked for a late check out at Hilton just till noon and they were knocking at my door right at 11 am wanting me to leave and were not even aware. It was clean, the sheets were so clean and smelled so good! The shower OMG, soooo beautiful. If I ever go back to Atlanta I'll definitely be staying there!! Soooo, satisfied and pleased with our stay!

My stay was beautiful. I traveled with my teen and it was comfortable for both of us. Easy location to find from the interstate, close to the airport, very clean with cordial and helpful staff. The beds were superior in comfort. We arrived late, slept for about 5 hours before having to get up for our day's plans but both felt fully rested and rejuvenated thanks to the quality bedding and relaxing environment.

I like that it is right in the airport. I did not like that you have to wait for a shuttle to pick you up instead of walking to the hotel from the airport.
