The service of the hotel was excellent, and the room was neatly cleaned.
The distance from the airport was close, and the staff were all kind.

Don't think twice! Book Atlanta Airport SOUTH!! We had a over night layover to and from our vacation and originally stayed at the North property. Our experience was so bad that we decided to book the south property on the way back. It was 100x better. It had access to restaurant nearby, wonderful customer service, everything clean and working in the rooms, quiet location. The North location was the complete opposite. SOUTH property all the way!

Staff were amazing. The property is under construction which is why I gave it a 3 for condition, but it was kept very clean. Only negative: only one food option nearby and it had limited hours. The Burger Place had good food but there was nowhere to go for lunch

The property was under construction, but that was ok. It took a while to get the shuttle and it is a shared shuttle. In the mornings, it only runs at 6:00 am, not earlier. Thank goodness we didn't need to be earlier, but the 6:00 shuttle we missed because it was full. They have one shuttle shared by two hotels and the first hotel filled the shuttle. Another guest had to look for alternative transportation last minute. The room was spacious and mostly clean. The staff was friendly except for the shuttle driver in the morning. He left a bad last experience.
