The hotel was fantastic and the boardroom meeting space was large and accommodated our group of 8 perfectly. Jessica, the event coordinator, made the process of reserving the space and hotel rooms for us to stay in at a government rate seamless. We will be back!

This is my favorite place to stay in Bryan/College Station! The rooms are spacious in the suites and the amenities meet all my needs. The food is delicious-the breakfast buffet is incredible! This trip, Chefs Chase. Eric, and Edgar put a BIG smile on my food-loving face. This morning I was delighted to find grits (a personal favorite of mine) avaible, then Chef Eric achieved nirvana by adding a fried egg atop my serving upon request 🥰. I was also fortunate to partake in the meals provided for our meeting and they were great (Head Chef Chase told me he puts a lot of thought into their menus and it shows!). My dear friend who just moved back from Egypt joined me for lunch and she said her onion soup was the best she's ever had! All of the employees I've met are friendly and gracious (Alma!!💜), also shout outs to Sharita and Norma. Sorry to carry-on so much about the food, but IMO, it's rave worthy to an old gal who hates to cook, but loves to eat! 😁

Fitness center equipment (Peloton bike) not connected to hotel’s internet, might work if you use your personal hot spot. Reporting issues to hotel personnel might resolve the problem for a future instance, but not during you stay. All this for $300 /night.

By far the biggest rooms I've stayed in. Comfy beds and a homley a**osphere. The two room idea is also great, you can have two separate zones within one room. This will be my to go to place in College Station and I will definitely be staying here again.

Front desk staff was rude right off while we were checking in. We were early, so our room wasn’t ready which was fine. She said she would take my number & call when it was ready. Never received a call. Once we returned to see if our room was ready they double charged me for the 2 night stay after I told them they already charged my card.
Our room had no hot water in the shower. They were told & was never offered a new room or anything, they wrote it down.
Shower wasn’t even clean. Hair on walls. No towels or toilet paper. Called for them to send to the room & that never happened. Then they cleaned our room & again left no towels & took our blankets.
Elevator broke down with kids in there & when the front desk was advised we were told it happens.
The front office staff was very RUDE, all the other staff was amazing. The kids loved the indoor pool & parents enjoyed the happy hour. We will not be staying there again.

Nice hotel. Convenient location. However it seems to attract a lot of kids sports teams. Unfortunately we had a ton of kids soccer teams running all over the hotel. Their parents were all in the bar and staff couldn’t keep up with the kids running and screaming in the lobby,the gym, in the elevator, and on the floors of the hotel.
