Soaking wet floor dirty hotel. I arrived to room with saturated wet floor and then when show another room the bed was unmade are looked like someone was sleeping there. I then said I’m not staying in this dirty hotel.the girl at desk was no help. car noise was loud that you could hear in the rooms.

rm 208 queen beds has lots of bed bugs and need to be sprayes before using it. when called the info its always busy line to attend the needs

Mold on the a/c, dirty dishes and dirty room. Staff doesn’t care about cleanliness. We stayed in 325, mold was on the vents in the air conditioner, dirty spoon and the plates were horrible. These dishes were the ones in the cabinet. Please clean your rooms.

The reception area looks great and the person greeting us was excellent. The room could use some updates. It only had a couple of USB plugs and from those only one was working. The mattresses were VERY soft and the pull out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable. The next morning, we found a roach roaming the room.

Fine except that the bathroom had rust and other wear that needed repair. The office chair and couch were worn and need to be replaced. Carpet had some stains as well. Otherwise, everything was fine

The hotel is a little dated but the front desk personnel were great. However, the room was very dirty. There was a dirty diaper still in the trash can and dirt and some grass on the floor. The room had obviously not been cleaned. Would not stay here again due to the cleanliness of the room.

Stayed here on Bama weekend so happy to get a spot so convenient to all. Rooms very clean & kitchen amazing with full sized fridge. Large sitting/living room. Perfect for a family. Would return-breakfast ok but certainly could use the big kitchen for all meals.
