It's a great a**osphere for a conference. The location is convenient with easy access. There are some great amenities like the outdoor patio on the second floor.

Overall, the hotel and the amenities were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel, especially the room. I stayed in an executive king and was very pleased with it.

Very friendly and courteous staff; very friendly and clean. Got shareable appetizers at the in-house Block-T Bar and Grill during the Super Bowl. Great portions and a good price!

Logan, one of the assistant managers, provided excellent customer service! We encountered small hiccup on the morning that we were leaving & spoke to Logan to share & he immediately addressed it. He resolved the issue & exceeded all expectations. We are very pleased. We would definitely come back to stay if we are in the area again. Their hotels rooms are always very clean too.

Service was great.
When I was ready to have my luggage taken down to my car the gentleman that came to the room was the nicest and most helpful person i have been around in a long time.

My only complaint is the noise of trains passing by and the loud whistling NOISE that they make as they pass the area. Could not sleep well because of that after a long drive to get to the Texas A&M for a tour.

We have traveled a lot for business and pleasure. The entire staff at this property went out of their way to help us. My husband had recently had brain surgery but really wanted to attend his college reunion. So, we came with scooter and walker in tow to make sure he would be able to attend all of the events. The staff was AMAZING! They helped us get all of that in and out of the car and get wherever we needed to be. They exceeded all of our expectations and took any thought of being "handicap" out of the equation. They acted like all of these devices as cumbersome as they are.....were just a normal part of every day. Thank you for an excellent stay.
