TLDR: Don’t give this hotel your credit card! I now have almost $400 of fraudulent charges I’m disputing with them.
Long version: The manager Ethan is either a con man or a total *****. I prepaid for the room here on trip.com. When I checked in, they asked for a card for incidentals, of which there were none. Upon checkout, they said trip.com didn’t pay them and they had already charged me for the entire stay. It was a Sunday so Ethan wasn’t there. He didn’t return my calls until Tuesday afternoon. He apologized and said he’d credit my card. I waited for the credit to appear on my card. After several days, a new charge appeared for twice the initial amount. ***. I called and left messages for Ethan with two different employees - no contact. For real, don’t do business with this place.

Well first I notice black body hair in the tub and a dirty towel in bathroom .. I cleaned the tub and threw the dirty looking towel in the corner and thought I hated to complain .. then we ate pizza and showered, went to turn back the bed cover and noticed black body hair on the sheets, not hair from a persons head!! There was hairs all down the sheets and the sheets were wringled as someone had slept in the bed ! I called the front desk and told her what we had found, she said she would have to move us to a clean room and for me not to come there, she would bring the key to the new room to me ! When she got there she said I hate when this happens and I’ll tell my boss .. I said so this has happened before and she nodded yes ! They offered no compension of any type !

The worst hotel experience.
1. The key didn’t work
2. Staff went into room without consent
3. Interrogated about our room in front of other guests
4. WOKE US UP AT 1:00AM AND KICKED US OUT
They made a mistake with the booking and decided that ‘didn’t want to deal with an angry customer’. How can I not be angry when they woke up my pregnant wife with phone calls and visits to the room?
The manager was rude and very unprofessional.
When I asked him to “put himself in my shoes” his answer was “I am black.”
Not everything is about race.
Minutes later after we had packed to leave they came back to tell us to stay. We stayed because I couldn’t put my wife at risk on a long drive at 2am.

The stay was ok. Shower was not great and tub was very slippery and dangerous, they should consider out bath mat. Beds were not very comfortable had a stiff neck every morning. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming so that helped a little for the negatives.

Overall it was good. It was at a great location of where I needed to be. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice.
The only negative thing I have to say was that there was a Doritos crumbs on the floor when I arrived. The water heater thing in the room only worked once and then it stopped working the morning I was checking out.
