The air conditioner wasn't cool. Other than that and the composition of the breakfast was a little disappointing, it was fine.

Nice Building - Poorly Maintained Rooms? Review of Hotel Novotel Marne-la-Vallee CollegienI Reviewed 4 days ago The receptionists are nice and attentive. The building itself is very nice and close to Disneyland Paris. They also have EV chargers, which is very useful. The breakfast is nice and the staff are lovely. However, we had to switch rooms as the air con was broken and the window didn't open fully (this is the case in every room). It was HOT hot (this was the end of October). The second room was also very warm, but the window was literally broken, so at least we could keep it open (but not close; / fine by me). The shower handle was broken, the shower head was filthy and there were hairs everywhere, bathroom was poorly cleaned and maintained. I can say that the bed was very comfortable and the size of the room was fantastic. With a little TLC this could be a really good option for Disneyland.

Stayed to visit Disneyland. It was not far as a distance.
But the possible option of transport is very limited and basically this hotel is by car or taxi, public transportation was almost impossible.
Breakfast was nice, everything was convenient.
Option of restaurant was also very limited outside.

Oui tout est parfait dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord le parking gratuit ensuite la prise en compte du surclassement pour les membres Accor Plat Tinan. Le personnel est sympa. Les chambres privilèges rénové sont calmes silencieuse avec une literie très confortable et rien à dire mais il faut noter quelques défauts dans le petit déjeuner, absence de fruits frais, pas de yaourts par exemple nous pourrions aussi avoir droit à du jus d’orange frais. Côté restaurant l’offre est restreinte mais c’est bon.

Personnel très agréable, surtout Delphine qui combine sourire, efficacité et gentillesse. Une expérience client comme il devient rare d’en avoir… Chambre très propre, petit déjeuner varié. Merci! Proche de Disney donc bonne idée de logement pour ceux qui veulent arriver la veille et arriver tôt au parc!!
