The staff was simply great. From the checkin, through the dinner, breakfast, and check-out, we were greeted by very helpful and cheerful staff. The hotel was itself very clean and tidy, the rooms adequately sized with comfortable beds.

When we visited Italy for the Eurovision Song Contest, we stayed at Diamante MHotel for two nights. The first thing we noticed is how extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming everyone from the hotel is. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and feel welcome. We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the themed rooms; the bathroom is stunning and the whole room is spotlessly clean, with fresh towels, linens, and the usual grooming kits available. We had a great night's sleep because the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, and we had a jacuzzi in our room, which was a wonderful luxury for our time away from home. Also, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff for keeping the entire hotel spotless. We ate breakfast in the hotel, and the breakfast staff was once again friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it: fruit, hot food, cereal, delicious pastries, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. We also took the Metro into Turin, which was very easy and convenient. The receptionist advised us on where to get on and off.

This hotel was booked due to our car broke down in Turin. So not the happiest couple arrived in a rental car to the hotel and from that moment we were just amazed by the hotel staff. What a team! The hotel service turned out to be at a 5 star level hidden in a suburb to Turin! This was not what we expected! We left Turin after just one night with a fixed car and a fantastic hotel experience! Io e mio marito volevamo trascorrere un week end a Torino, città a noi sconosciuta e ho prenotato due notti in questo hotel tramite il loro sito web, dopo aver confrontato le tariffe di Booking, al costo di €205 comprese di colazione, wi-fi e posto auto libero. La scelta è ricaduta su questo hotel per le recensioni lette e per le tariffe molto eque rispetto ad altri posti visionati, anche se lontano dal centro circa 10 km. A seguito del nostro soggiorno posso dire che è stata la scelta migliore per noi per visitare la città e godere della tranquillità del posto, perchè anche il poter avere il parcheggio davanti alla camera non è cosa da poco. Su consiglio di una persona abbiamo lasciato poi la macchina parcheggiata in Corso Francia e da lì preso la metro che a un costo irrisorio di €1.70 ti porta comodamente in centro senza dover pensare a ztl, problema di dove parcheggiare, il costo etc. L'hotel si trova all'ingresso di una stradina privata su una rotonda (infatti inizialmente avevamo anche sbagliato perchè non trovavamo l'ingresso, mancano cartelli per indicazioni). Una volta arrivati siamo rimasti un pò colpiti perchè era la prima volta che facevamo il check in in modalità drive in dalla macchina, ci è stata data la camera n°204 che si trova quasi nella parte finale dell'albergo e ogni camera ha il parcheggio proprio davanti alla porta della camera con tanto di separè a dx e sx e di tendina da tirar giù e coprire il retro della macchina per privacy. La camera grande con letto matrimoniale, tavolino con due sedie, finestra grande, specchio grande su una parete, tv schermo piatto, minibar. Il bagno dotato di lavabo, kit cortesia, phon, wc, bidet e una doccia grande, asciugamani. Tutto molto pulito e funzionale. Wi-fi gratis e funzionale semplicemente connettendosi alla rete senza uso di password. Avrei gradito trovare in camera ad esempio un foglio con esplicitate le regole dell'hotel esempio il wi-fi disponibile liberamente senza password, gli orari della colazione e gli orari di check out, i prezzi del minibar..Altra cosa avrei gradito in camera una coperta in più visto che la temperatura in camera non era delle più calde. La colazione viene servita accanto a quella che sarebbe la hall, a buffet con molta scelta tra dolce e salato, frutta fresca, merendine confezionate, succhi, macchinetta per caffè, thè etc. Insomma devo dire che nulla dire per la colazione, tutto molto curato e buono e complimenti al personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Hotel che abbiamo molto apprezzato e sicuramente dovessimo tornare a Torino non esiteremmo a prenotare nuovamente qui. Complimenti soprattutto per la cortesia e accoglienza del personale, cosa assai rara di questi tempi!

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city centre and it takes about 40-minute bus ride from the hotel to the city centre. Most of the staff I met ate friendly and helpful. There is a smart TV with Chromecast in my room. I enjoyed my stay.

The bus stop is the hotel, the hotel front desk is very polite, let him help print the ticket (Juventus) very smoothly. The hotel is 500 meters from the left and there is Auchan Supermarket. 800 meters is the Allianz Stadium! There is no drying rack in the hotel toilet, the bath water is still quite large, and the hot water is also sufficient. In total, 100 points give 85 points.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Porta Nuova, only a 10-minute walk. The hotel is within walking distance of all attractions. The hotel service is very good. Sara and Desire at the front desk are warm and thoughtful. The recommended restaurants and attractions are worth visiting. The room is clean, tidy and bright, and the bathroom is also very good. Great breakfast.

Premetto che è stata la prima volta che ho alloggiato in un ostello, quindi non ho termini di paragone per valutarlo nel suo genere e forse avevo aspettative troppo elevate... Ad ogni modo procedo con la recensione... La struttura è molto particolare, molto ”urban style”, l'ambiente è giovanile e informale. Lo staff è giovane e amichevole, ma forse un po' inesperto: considerato che comunque forniscono un servizio alberghiero a pagamento, mi aspetto professionalità. Noi abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla ad uso privato per la nostra famiglia, con due bagni piccolissimi e senza bidet (grosso handicap, ma lo sapevo sin dall'inizio). I letti erano comodi, l'arredo essenziale. Pulizia buona. Per il deposito bagagli sono disponibili degli armadi, ma devi avere il tuo lucchetto, sennò te ne vendono uno alla reception a prezzo di costo: non so se negli ostelli si usi così, ma il deposito bagagli è veramente un servizio minimo basilare, mi aspettavo che fosse ”completo”. La colazione è stata veramente minimal, a fronte di un prezzo piuttosto alto. Tra l'altro, per un fraintendimento in sede di prenotazione, avevo capito che la colazione fosse compresa nel prezzo, quindi è stata una brutta sorpresa aver dovuto aggiungere altri € 27,00 al giorno per fare colazione in loco, considerato anche che il prezzo della stanza già non era stracciato (però, a onor del vero, siamo andati in occasione di un ponte, ci poteva stare che il prezzo della camera fosse superiore alla media). L'errore sulla colazione inclusa/non inclusa è stato mio, però rileggendo la corrispondenza con lo staff dell'ostello, secondo me si capiva che avevo preso un abbaglio, quindi avrei gradito essere corretta subito... Per il resto posso dire che la struttura è comodissima per il centro storico e per i mezzi pubblici. Nei dintorni c'è molta scelta per pranzo e cena. C'è comunque anche il ristorante interno. Per i pochi giorni di permanenza il Combo ha fatto il suo dovere ed è stata una soluzione funzionale. Se non si hanno troppe pretese e si cerca giusto un posto per pernottare, questo ostello è una struttura strategica per la visita alla bella città di Torino.
