This location is always clean, friendly, allows you to check out early with no issue and is perfectly located with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Our room was infested with bed bugs. I woke up at 2:30am and I was being bit by bed bugs. We immediately called the front desk and began packing our bags We caught two of them and took them to the front desk to show the staff. The front desk employee tried to give us a new room but we weren't comfortable staying there after we saw so many in the bed. We asked for a refund and were told that the manager would call us but they never did. We called Hilton and were told that we would be refunded in 48 hours. We called three more times and were told we would be refunded in 48 hours and we never received a refund.

Do NOT stay here! Hotel has a nice appearance on the outside, but that is deceiving, so many issues on the inside. You can barely walk down the hall on 5th floor because the carpet is so wrinkled... a true trip hazard! There is a sulfer smell that appears every evening that we asked about, but no one seems to address. Front desk is just plain rude. Breakfast was cold. Hot water for tea was cold. There is an automatic "self parking fee" that you are charged whether you have a vehicle on the property or not. I left a voicemail for the manager of the property to call me to discuss these issues and I never got a returned call.

Always a great stay! Comfortable room, nice and clean. Great breakfast and friendly staff/service. Great location and is my go to hotel when I visit my son in Bedford.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the large floor space in the accessible size room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice.
A few days after I checked out, I was charged a $4 fee. After calling, I was told that it was a parking fee which was charged by mistake. It was eventually refunded. Pay close attention to your statements and call the specific hotel branch directly if you see a mystery charge.
We were overall pleased with this hotel. I would recommend it for short stays.
