Hotel con una buona struttura esterna ma dentro molto datato e mai rinnovato. Personale estremamente scortese nonostante fossi l'unico cliente in tutta la struttura e mi hanno addebitato 40 euro come se fosse una doppia in quanto la mia ragazza rimasta in stanza con me per 3 ore (le precedenti volte non avevano mai detto nulla ma stavolta avevano bisogno dei 40 euro per coprire le spese). Mai più!

Il canale esternamente è molto bello, come la vista. Comodo il parcheggio, presente sala fitness, piscina e centro benessere. Le camere sono abbastanza datata, semplici ed arredate con mobili vecchiotti. Manca il bollitore, frigo fornito solo con acqua, Il bagno è essenziale. Il materasso l'ho trovato scomodo come anche i cuscini, il copriletto damascato era orribile. La cosa peggiore è stata la cena presso il vicino ristorante, menù fisso a 35 Euro bevande escluse, qualità inaccettabile.

Scortesi al telefono, troppi problemi per la prenotazione al Cenone e molta arroganza a telefono. Siamo venuti qui con presupposti più che negativi ma alla fine Luigi Campana (un cameriere di un altro livello) ci ha reso la serata magnifica con un servizio superlativo e una cordialità al di là delle aspettative. Solo grazie a lui e alle prelibatezze dello chef siamo stati bene. Se fosse stato per la ragazza di nome "Marta" che mi ha risposto alle email, non sarei neanche venuto.

che dire immenso, un hotel dentro un paese creato intorno all'hotel con tutti i servizi possibili caseggiati ,ristoranti,pub convegni,bar ecc. spazzi enormi, fatti con cura ottime e grandi camere,ottima colazione internazionale ottimo parcheggio protetto.

Ci siamo ritrovati per una cena....che dire...cibo davvero mediocre, di scarsa qualità, a dir poco imbarazzanti le porzioni, misere e frittura inesistente che in molti non siamo riusciti ad assaggiare...servizio ai tavoli frettoloso!! Davvero un peccato per una struttura simile. Bagni al gelo. Da evitare caldamente.

Da invitato ad una conferenza ho trovato una bellissima struttura, tutto molto curato e pulitissimo sia dentro che fuori, pausa pranzo organizzata alla perfezione con cibi ottimi, freschissimi e personale molto attento. Arredamenti interni nelle aree comuni davvero di pregio e buon gusto, cosa chiedere di più?

Ristorante pessimo, cucina, cortesia non all' altezza della struttura. Invitato a due matrimoni in questo locale nell'arco di tre settimane tra l'uno e l'altro. Ebbene i sposi e gli invitati mi hanno fatto pena per come sono stati trattati da questa banda di camerieri scortesi in toto........il cibo? Lasciamo perdere, meglio un panino al bar e ho detto tutto. Sconsigliatissimo
