There's no pool, don't trust the images, disappointed for everything we experienced there.

It was very good experience. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Overall the whole environment is good

The scenic spot is beautiful.

The location is good. It's in a good location to travel to the Blue Mountains. There are a lot of restaurants around, such as Wendy's McDonald's St. Louis, and Canadian Tire is right in front. The parking space was also ample.

So Great Hotel. Almost 5 Stars. We went for a long weekend with my family. The location is great, safe, and convenient. The room was clean, and a good space. The breakfast was so abundant, very good, high quality of products. The staff always made me feel so safe and comfortable and provided so good information. I didn't give the 5 stars because the cleaning service wasn't available daily. I really would stay again

We stayed in this hotel many times in previous years and it was good. But this year we were disappointed. Cons: Dirty old curtains, damaged old furniture, unvacuumed carpet, mold in the shower, loud fan in bathroom, breakfast was limited, old omelet (for sure not cooked on the same day). Proc: comfortable bed, clean bedding and towels and friendly staff (especially big thanks to the front desk lady Marian?, she was incredibly helpful and considerate). Unfortunately, if the improvements would not happened, next year we will stay in a different hotel.

We enjoyed our short between season stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was fantastic and included a limited hot buffet each morning. Located centrally on Hwy 26, we were close to all the local restaurants and activities.

This Comfort Inn is a two level property that I would say is fair to call a motel/Inn. It has several places nearby to grab a bite - Wendy's, Mucho Burito, etc. Walmart and Cineplex nearby. 10 minutes to Blue Mountain village. Pros: -location (see above notes) -good breakfast. Plentiful, hot, and staff work hard re-filling everything. Fresh waffles, baked goods, sausages, eggs, potatoes. Plenty of good coffee and fresh juice. -extremely friendly and helpful staff Cons: -very outdated, odd smell to hallways -no pool, as advertised -I found a bunch of ants in our first room, feasting on food crumbs. The amazing ladies at the front desk moved us immediately to a new room. However, the next room was only a slight improvement (i did a good look around for bugs, obviously). I found in our second room: dried chunks of fruit between the bed and nightstand, peanut butter cup wrapper, juice box straw wrappers everywhere, fake fingernail, barbie doll shoe, chips, etc and just generally really un-vacuumed floor. Although i only saw a couple silverfish bugs initially, the next day our bathroom had two ants. Overall, I would not stay here again. The friendly staff and good, free breakfast just dont make up for the lack of cleanliness at this Inn. Note: ******* advertises this motel as having a pool, which they DO NOT. Huge disappointment to my kids.

The rooms could have been vacuumed before visitors check-in, since we were told there would not be any room service, during our stay; however we could get extra towels or toiletries if needed. Staff was hospitable. Breakfast was good

Great check in. Very helpful staff is professional and attentive. Breakfast was awesome. Bed sheets and beds very comfortable.

This was a great place for a simple getaway. Staff was very polite and helpful. Everything is near by. This is my 3rd time staying here and will definitely come back.

The King room was very comfortable, and a room with two Arm Chairs is what made our stay comfortable. Marianne was great during check-in. The Stand-up shower stall was fabulous. The room is clean, and the bed comfortable. The Hot Breakfast (eggs, bacon, hash-brown and all the juice's and other supplies was great. We will certainly stay again.

Quiet, clean hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. Walking distance to everything we needed, which was awesome
