Living Stone Golf Resort

Really enjoyed our recent visit to Living Water resort. This is the best equipped timeshare unit we have stayed at in Collingwood. Had everything we needed and more. Very well equipped kitchen. We were very impressed!

The resort staff were wonderful. I had booked at Vitality but when I arrived I was told I had been moved to Living Waters, a resort down the road. There seem to be a lot of names for this place (including this one here - Liviing Stone Golf Resort - which I think isn't where I was because there was no golf course). Very long lineup at check in only to be told I was in the wrong line - finally got to check in an hour later. The food service in the restaurant was good (except they gave me incorrect information about the special for the day), front desk staff lovely, and the studio unit was comfortable with a teensy view of the water. Big problem was they didn't give me a unit with laundry - which was what I had booked at Vitality. Three days later after a lot of discussions about whether I could do a laundry or not somewhere - and being told that it would cost me an extra thousand dollars to upgrade - I was finally given a place to do laundry before I left. No i didn't pay extra ;) So it wasn't ideal but I really did enjoy my time there. And slept VERY well - it's lovely and quiet.

We booked this place last minute to stay in collingwood overnight after skiing at blue mountain for the day and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable room, a good shower, friendly staff, and a hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. We decided to try the restaurant across the street at the main hotel and it was very good as well. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Very quiet and easy to navigate. The woman at front desk was excellent!!! She was very helpful and welcoming. The room was a little dated, but otherwise ok.

Unfortunately did not enjoy my stay. Barely slept. Heating unit was extremely noisy. Bed was not comfy. Extremely bad (tall and firm) pillows - no selection. Good place to stay, and it seems it is being renovated as we speak. But the minor issues made my night unbearable :(

I'm an owner that exchanged into the resort because we knew it would be a shorter stay and didn't want to waste a day doing the presentation. We were upgraded to the living waters resort (phase 4). Unfortunately, our upgrade went from a studio to an accessible studio. This felt like a basement apartment with it's low ceilings, open under cabinets (for accessibility) but felt it was unfinished. No patio chairs... didn't feel like enough linens in the bathroom, it felt like the room was setup for a single person. We asked for patio chairs (as we saw our neighbour's had some), but none ever arrived. We also asked for another face cloth for the bathroom...that also never arrived. We were just very disappointed with our stay here this time. I hope it was just a fluke. We have had great stays here before.

Advised 1 day prior to arriving there was construction :(…renovations looked unprofessional and of poor quality.
