We really enjoy our stay,it’s very nice and clean hotel,staff really helpful and friendly,definitely came back again,location is perfect,everything very easy access 👍

This Hotel is in the city center. It is very convenient and close to Koln Dom and train station.
A lot of super markets and stores around as well as resturants.

The location is pretty good as it is quite close to the train station. Cramped bathroom and OK cleanliness. Had some body wash and hand wash and a bottle of water for amenities. Nice staff.

horrible! we paid the room in advance and when we arrived at night with out 2 year old daughter, they told us that there was any free room for us in the whole hotel. they rebooked our room to another couple!!

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room didn’t match the pictures shown online! The room is too small to hold luggage, the bed falls down when you turn over, the mattress collapses when you sleep on it, and you can't even sit in the toilet. All requests to check out and change rooms were rejected, and the attitude was also bad! Hygiene is very poor, skin is red and itchy when sleeping, avoid pitfalls!
