I book this hotel every time I come to an exhibition. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center and you can walk there. The transportation is convenient and the environment is very good. There is a light rail outside the door that can go directly to the cathedral. It is very convenient

To be honest, I would give 4.5 stars for 150 euros a night, but if you sell it for 400 euros a night, I can only give you 3 stars. I stayed for 5 consecutive days, except for a bottle of water on the first day, and nothing else after that. Don't know if this is the norm.

Five-star hotel, over 1700 per night!! Not cheap. The service level is rubbish compared to domestic hotels. The hotel can only be rated three and a half stars at most!! No slippers, no toiletries, no bathrobes, no hair dryers! The room is so small! The breakfast is so bad! Swimming pool? ? Don't believe it!! If 5×4 meters is considered a swimming pool!!! 6 euros will be charged extra!! I wonder, isn't the service level of domestic hotels introduced from the West? Why is the service level of Western hotels so bad? ? ? Is the service level of foreigners considered a developed country? ? ? ?

Simple business hotel, located right on a main road with poorly soundproofed windows, unfriendly service, simple duvets and pillows and a tiny TV. Normally a 3 star rating, but here I only give it one star due to the very poor price-performance ratio. Clearly not a good address in Cologne.

The hotel facilities are good, and the breakfast is average. It is right opposite the Cologne Exhibition Center, just across the street, very convenient. It is not far from Cologne Cathedral and Cologne Railway Station, and the transportation is convenient.

Front desk very listless. 4 star hotel and slippers cost 3€ extra and if you want to go swimming 6€ extra. What else can I say.
