Very pleasant to be able to have breakfast in the room with the equipment of the well-equipped mini kitchen. Good quality bedding. Welcoming staff. Heating too high and not adjustable.

Elevator broken, room without fire detector, only the support is existing, shower bar completely loose, commercial gesture requested following an error on my part which made me pay twice for the room, staff insensitive to my request, alone they are interested in profit, nothing to do with customers

Perfect rooms, pleasant staff, a shame that the elevator did not work during the 4 days of stay, but otherwise everything was perfect. Service in the hall with chocolate, tea, coffee, free 24/7, very accessible parking, very quiet, no noise, full room kitchen. I definitely plan to return.

A very professional team despite the elevator breakdown! I have been in this hotel a week ago. It is located close to transport and not far from the defense, which is pleasant for travel. The team is very kind and helpful, the receptionists were very courteous and professional. When they told me that the elevator was broken I panicked but was reassured by the manager who told me that the problem was being resolved. The staff was attentive to my requests, they assigned me a room on the second floor and one of the receptionists was kind enough to carry my suitcases to my door. When I got off, the manager asked me if my room was comfortable, telling me that if I had any other special request that I wouldn't hesitate. In short, I found the staff at this hotel to be very professional and dedicated.

This was my second stay at this Adagio Colombes hotel. The first time I was very well received there and my room was perfect. Nothing to say about the cleanliness of my room and the hotel during my second stay. However, I was disappointed by the elevator breakdown which spoiled the a**osphere a little and affected the kindness of the teams. I expressed my disappoin**ent to the manager the same day because the room assigned to me was on the 6th floor. The manager was attentive and immediately took charge by assigning me an available room on the second floor. As compensation I was allowed to check out my room later than check-out time because I had a late afternoon flight. It's a great hotel, may the staff continue to maintain their good humor. A special thank you to the director for her responsiveness and professionalism.
