Le personnel est au top mais l'état de cet hôtel, notamment au niveau des salles de bains est minable. J'y ai séjourné 2 fois en quelques jours dans des chambres différentes et à chaque fois le même constat. Dans les deux salles de bains les habillages de baignoires sont très abimés. Dans l'une il manque une bonde, dans l'autre, toute la robinetterie fuyait!!!
Quand à l'escalier, son état de vétusté est éloquent.
Des travaux s'imposent !!!

Bonjour,
Votre hôtel est bruyant ( les gendarmes restent à parler jusqu'à 2h du matin sous les fenêtres !), il est vétuste et sale !
Le robinet de la salle de bain fuit !
Les toilettes étaient bouchées !
Votre réceptionniste du matin super désagréable !
Elle est venue toquer à la porte à 12h02 exactement !
Ok, nous devons libérer la chambre avant midi, cependant quand nous avons croisé d'autres personnes dans l'hôtel qui devaient rendre leur chambre avant 12h.
On leur a demandé s'ils ont eu droit au même service VIP de la part de la réceptionniste !
Ils nous ont répondu: "non, personne n'est venu toquer !"
J'espère vraiment que ce n'est pas à cause de nos origines !
Que l'on a eu un traitement différent !!!!
De tout façon !
JE NE REVIENDRAI PLUS JAMAIS DANS VOTRE HOTEL !

The walk from the airport was more difficult than I expected, dragging a large trunk. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport was only available in the morning (~8:40?).
I felt that the inside of the room was quite old. Like a business hotel. The toilet flow is very weak. Breakfast was generally good.

The hotel's front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and all questions raised are resolved with care. Although the hotel is near the airport, it doesn't feel noisy at all. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Will choose next time.
