The location was perfect for seeing the skyline of Colombo. The room and facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. The service was pleasant and welcoming. The dining was scrumptious. Thank you for a lovely stay and we should have stayed longer.

One of the best luxury hotel in Colombo.

The location is good, not far from the beach, there is a water temple across the road, and there is a large shopping mall downstairs. There is a seafood stall in the basement of the mall. I bought a big pomfret, a squid, two swimming crabs, a drink and processing fee for only RMB 130, which is very cost-effective.

The hotel is very new, the food is very good, and the front desk guy is also very good. I don't speak English very well, but the front desk guy will patiently translate for me using his mobile phone, which is very considerate.

Very good, the room is big. On the lakeside, Colombo city center is downstairs, very convenient.

The hotel is located in District 2 of Kuwait Trumbo, very close to the National Museum and Independence Square. Next to it is the Colombo City Center shopping mall, which is very convenient for entering and eating. The room was also very clean, and 4 bottles of water were replenished every day for drinking. The breakfast buffet is also very good and rich, certainly at the level of a 5-star hotel. I will consider it next time.

This hotel has no windows that can be opened, the indoor air is terrible, the carpet smells very bad, I strongly do not recommend it. The breakfast is very poor, with very few breakfast options. No slippers are provided.

The room hygiene is okay, and the breakfast depends on everyone's taste, but for us, the room price of 1,600+ is really average. The worst thing is the hotel taxi. We spent 7200+400=7600 Sri Lankan rupees from the airport to the hotel (there are many taxi companies in the airport). We gave the driver a 100 tip. The price was clearly marked, and the total was not much. The cost is US$25; the hotel taxi (or the hotel's designated taxi) from the hotel to the airport costs US$45, and is paid at the hotel front desk. The total mileage is less than 30 kilometers. Back in China, you can book a ride-hailing service within 40 kilometers and it will cost you less than 100 yuan. So when you leave the hotel, be sure to book a taxi yourself.

At 1:30 in the middle of the night, two men pushed a food cart and knocked on the door frantically, asking me if I had ordered food. I was half asleep and actually opened the door. Later I thought, wasn't the Bali incident also a food cart that opened the door? I didn't sleep in the second half of the night. Before the end of the holiday, we still planned to stay in Colombo for one day before leaving, so we still booked this hotel and checked in at ten in the morning. Since the guests had just checked out, we needed to wait for cleaning, so we sat on the side while the staff sent us there. The juice was served, just when the mouth was dry, the juice was like a timely rain. After a while, a manager said that cleaning would take some time and invited us to have a buffet breakfast. We politely declined, after all, it was a bit expensive, and then we went to the mall downstairs to eat. We bought something and just came back. The manager asked us if he could buy us a cup of coffee. We happily accepted it and were very touched at the same time because the wait was caused by our own early check-in, but the hotel tried to save us from the long wait. It's not pleasant to do so much, thank you very much
