I have been a Marriott Ambassador for eleven years and know about quality and service. The check-in and meet-and-greet service at this hotel is terrific. Our room was well designed and practical, which is missing in many new hotels today. The club lounge had excellent snacks and drinks, and the staff were very generous. The buffet breakfast had excellent selection of Eastern and Western dishes and Chef Krishna Chamoiz was keen to help us try different foods. The only negative was the bad manners from other guests and guests picking up salad items with their hands and staff not stopping them doing it.
