There was feces inside the bath towel when I opened it. It was so disgusting that I didn't even want to take a photo. You can imagine it yourself.

We stayed at this hotel for our first two nights in Sri Lanka. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful and gave us great service. Room service was devine and we were hooked on the locally made kottu . Dinner and breakfast the next day was also very good with a variety of foods to choose.

The hotel is very close to the beach, there is an Asian restaurant nearby, which is delicious, convenient for travel, there is an A** opposite for easy withdrawal, the swimming pool is clean, the service is good, and the room is clean and sanitary.

Very bad, the sound insulation effect of the room is very poor, there is a nightclub below, I can't sleep at night, the TV can't play, there are no slippers, I even have to run to the bathroom to get a tissue, the experience is so bad! I originally booked for 4 nights, but I was not allowed to check out the next day. After struggling for a long time, I agreed to refund the room fee for two days, saying it was the hotel's policy! I had no choice but to change rooms for one night, so I quickly moved to the hotel next door. The breakfast variety was also very average. I would never dare to stay at this kind of price and service again!

Ramada is not the newest hotel but it is in a good location. 2 minute walk to Galle face green where you can enjoy food trucks and traditional snacks by the bay. Staff are incredibly helpful. Rooms are clean and of a decent size.
