還不錯，設施有點點舊，住過一次了，服務員便捷高效，樓下的吃的也很多。去海邊走路十幾分鍾到。

Perfect location. Hotel rooms are big and clean. Customer care and room service was excellent. Recommend this place for your short vacations with family and friends.

wife on 3rd floor was at times was not effective.
No menu card for room service, no papers to make notes. No Indian channels on tv to watch tv serials.

We had issues with the air conditioning. I made 3 calls and I sent was sent 3 different technicians. Each time the air conditioning was not fixed. Finally this young technician fixed it and we had cold air. On the negative there was only 1 over priced restaurant. It would be great if there was an informal Decently priced coffee shop. The pool was a great respite again it had overpriced drinks. Overall the renuka city hotel is a comfortable stay, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I give It 4 stars out of five

Had some issues with the air conditioning. We had 3 technicians who came to fix it. Luckily the 3 technician (a young guy) fixed the problem. The restaurant was overpriced and expensive for what you got. This hotel could do with a coffee shop serving good quality meals at reasonable prices. All in all the staff where good and personable. A pleasant stay

Net hotel met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers (portiers, receptie medewerkers en schoonmaakpersoneel).
De deluxe kamer is groot genoeg om comfortabel twee koffers te zetten, heeft een grote douche en is erg schoon.
Je zit dicht bij de zee, er staan altijd wel twee tuk tuk's voor de deur en een supermarkt zit op loopafstand.
Twee kleine nadelen - geluiden van de gang zijn goed hoorbaar, en schoonmaak gebeurt op de raarste momenten (om 19:00 's avonds?), maar wel erg netjes.
Voor ons was het fijn genoeg om nog een keer te boeken in dezelfde reis, en we zijn erg tevreden.
Het gegeven dat we als twee mannen zonder problemen konden verblijven in een 'double bed' maakt het af.

We were asked to pay an extra of 10 dollars to get a room upgrade. In all fairness the difference between the standard room and the upgrade were not significant, anyway we accepted to go for the upgrade since the room was bigger. Once in the room we see the toilet quite dirty, and i complained to the hotel because i think if you upgrade a room you need to guarantee a certain level of service. Anyway at the reception the hotel manager didn't want to give the money back or offer us a breakfast. I think they are not customer orientated at all. As well for that amount of money there are in Colombo way better hotels.

The hotel itself was basic but perfectly fine but location was not good. Nowhere to go buy dinner or do any sightseeing on foot. Need to take tuk tuks everywhere and pricing is very variable.
I chose this hotel thinking it was near the beach but the railway line runs in front of the ocean and no beach to walk along.
