The view outside the window is great, you can directly see the Lotus Tower. Your luggage needs to be checked at the door, so security is guaranteed. The hotel staff are very friendly and will answer any questions patiently. Especially the ladies in the hotel are all wearing beautiful saris. The breakfast was great. The guy who made the rice cakes said hello to us in Chinese when he heard that we were from China. The guy who does the cleaning is also very nice. I also caught up with a local’s wedding the next day~

What a great hotel, it certainly didn't dissapoint! We were upgraded to a room with a view of the lake which was beautiful.
We had Christmas dinner buffet and it was one of the best ever, with an amazing amount of choice.The staff were very friendly and helpful, they certainly know what hospitality means. Easy to recommend!

The service is really good, everyone is polite and polite. Every time I go out, I take the initiative to help with my luggage. There is music in the lobby every night. The piano is played from Monday to Thursday, and the resident singer starts from Friday night. It’s really nice to play guitar and sing English songs.

Cinnamon Lakeside like its sister hotel Cinnamon Grand is one of the leading hotels in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
My wife and I with friends have stayed there on a number of occasions.
We enjoyed the stay and have nothing adverse to comment.

The room was very bad. We also booked an executive room. The view outside the window was also very bad. When we had dinner in the morning, we saw a small lake. The room facilities are very average and the service is very unfriendly. There are two Cinnamon Hotels and one is much better than this one called Cinnamon Grandy. There are many hotels near the sea that are great and the prices are much cheaper. This hotel is not worth coming back. .

The most satisfying hotel we have ever stayed in in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Although the room is a bit dated, the view is great! The hotel restaurant serves sumptuous and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a bar next to the swimming pool, which is very suitable for viewing. You can see the Colombo TV Tower, a very satisfying experience! Will come back here next time I have a chance.
