This hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. The room is large and the bed seemed clean. That is where the positives end, unfortunately. Upon arrival, very late at night, after a long trip. There were no towels in the room. Too exhausted to rectify, we just went to sleep without a shower. The hotel has an off smell about it, a bit like wet carpet. The cleanliness is questionable. Some mould. It seems it is not thoroughly cleaned. Frequently. Our room was not attended to, so we didn't receive fresh water. If you need to get work done while at the hotel don't book here. The WiFi is intermittent and would only work on my phone, not laptop. Therefore it's not suitable for any online workers. The toiletries were less than those advertised. Body lotion, shampoo and body wash are all that are provided. There is an ironing board...but no iron. Why? The hairdryer is one of those models you must continually hold down the button for it to work. It would work for only around 5 minutes and then would shut off and then had to wait 5 minutes for it to cool down to use again

A good value hotel . Nice pool on the roof with a nice bar. It's in a very convenient location, near the Bambalapitiya railway station and some decent shops. Unfortunately the service was poor , they would take the towels away whilst cleaning the room and not replace them, I had to keep chasing the cleaners and reception to get towels . The balcony door had no lock or latch in it so it was open all the time and at night time that let the mosquitos in . Overall though it was value for money .

I feel the lobby is good, but the room area is so smelly, the room i stayed in 9009 its overprice, not that clean as well, but location-wise is okay.

Very good service & their staff. Good location and easy to get public transportation. Breakfast is great.

We stay this hotel for 4 nights its colombo main city thus place is good if you wamt come for shoping

It's comfy and very comfortable.

Its doesn't match with the pictures in trip.com and so many moles in ceiling and in roof wall and cockroaches are there,  its very very dirty.

The location is perfect but the rooms are not clean enough. towels are in grey color
